We had a great stay here! It’s in a fantastic location right by the beach and not too far to walk to the dragon bridge or get a grab around Da Nang. There was some construction on the street in front of the place that made it a bit hard to find at first but we easily figured it out. Also that’s a temporary thing, noise from the construction was also never a problem. The pool was very clean and easy to access. We liked having two bathrooms and the balcony to dry our bathing suits. Huy was always very responsive and the person at the front desk was very sweet.

Was a beautiful stay here. Appartment has a good home atmosphere and quite big. Super good kitchen and enough stuff to cook. Good quiet pool and view on the river. It has a bit old stuff inside and some place was dirty when we’ve arrived, but Ngoc has fixed all issues very fast. She is really helpful and was quite proactive in any questions and needs. Also the good housekeeping service included weekly. Definitely will come the next time here. Thanks Ngoc ❤️

Tram’s apartment was a beautiful space with a good view of the beach. Was a lovely and clean space. It was within walking distance of great restaurants. Easy to find as well. Tran was a great host was always to responding to my questions and was very helpful and lovely with her answers.

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

Great location. A few minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Very easy to get a Grab taxi from this location. Check in was ok. We were asked for our arrival time in advance,but the taxi driver had to call the host to come and meet us in reception. Really nice apartment, nice bed, great bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Excellent internet speed and the router is conveniently placed by the TV for a LAN connection using the TV as a monitor. Small balcony but perfect for drying clothes. Good washing machine with detergent provided. There was shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes etc even though we brought our own. Overall a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

This was our second stay in one of Dung’s properties, and we will definitely return if we come back to Da Nang. Communication was quick and easy, and the apartment was as described with all of the amenities we needed. The shower was the best we’ve had across South East Asia!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a great 5 weeks staying here, and if I come back to Da Nang, I would stay here again. We felt so comfortable and at home here. The beds are fantastic, and the rooms have separate showers, fully stocked kitchen, loads of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and washing machine detergent so you never run out. We DID NOT see one bug or ant while we were here. LOVE that!! Cleaning service is available for no extra charge and we just requested the day before. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. He is so kind, we saw him in the building several times, and he would always say hi and make sure everything was going well. The only drawback is the elevators, which are out of the host's control. Always give yourself plenty of time, as they are very busy. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

While the place is labelled as condominium it's pretty much ran like a hotel, when it comes to service standards. Rooms cleaned daily, great breakfast. Their banh mi is one of the better ones I had in Vietnam and we had quite a few The only reservation I had was the state of the bicycles - no lights and some of them were a bit 'weathered'. Given the location of some 20 min walk away from the centre, better bikes would help a bit. Nonetheless, a go to place for me when in Hoi An

The accommodation was in a neat and nice condition. There was a grocery store on the first floor, so it was convenient.

The apartment is bright, clean, with a delightful sea view. Fully consistent with the photos. Equipped with everything you need for living. Nice gym, mini market nearby, beautiful swimming pool. We were arranged to meet us from the airport, were polite and helpful. Responded very quickly. Recommended!

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

Great place! Stayed here with my wife and 3-year old daughter for 2 full months in April and may and had a great time. Apartment and condo had everything we needed and in a great location. 1 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Lots of activities (parasailing, paragliding, etc) and kids clubs which our daughter loved. Good Wi-Fi + desk. Thanh was a great host. Worth noting: - beachside DJ outside plays music until 11pm every night. It’s quite loud in 1 bedroom, but we never had any trouble sleeping. So it wasn’t a big deal. - the rooftop pool is awesome. But you have to pay extra each time you use it (150.000 VND per adult and 50.000 VND for kids I believe). So when you leave and come back, you have to pay again. - you have to pay extra to use the washing and drying machines in the basement (80.000 VND for washing and drying). - weekly cleaning is also optional (mopping floor + new sheets, towels, etc) for 270.000 VND total. Still definitely 5 stars and would 100% come back!

Huyen's place is even better that we expected. Nice furniture and modern bathroom and kitchen. The check-in process was so easy even though the unit is inside a resort. We had access to the pools (the resort has a kid pool) which we really liked but didn't use because of the weather. The place is off the center, close to the beach. The host was helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We'd highly recommend this place.

We had a extended stay at Tra's place and we just loved it! The place is clean, quiet and peaceful to work in. The place has lots of light and sunshine and the view is beautiful, we can even see the sea from the balcony. This apartment is new and has a modern style, which is really nice. We enjoyed being at 10 minutes from the beach, which we enjoy a lot. The place offers a lot of convenience store, as well as an excellent (e-coffee) shop. The brewery is also a great find! I was looking for a place a bit away from the city and I just love the peace and quiet of the place and its surrender. The communication with Tra was great, friendly and responsive from the start. He made sure the place was cleaned and left some local fruit for us to enjoy! I would definitely come back again. I can't recommend Tra's place enough!

Great place as well as service. Nhi was extremely supportive throughout my stay and showed great attention to detail!

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.
