Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Within walking distance (only 5 minutes): train station, Rupertus spa with swimming pool, spa park, spa facilities, theater and spa guest center Bad Reichenhall. Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
