Vrij van drukte wil je graag op deze plek wonen en recreëren. De woning heeft alle faciliteiten, en meer. De locatie biedt veel natuur, en watersport activiteiten. Vissen, windsurfen, surfkiten en andere watersporten zijn op nog geen 250m aanwezig. Ook is er een enorm wandelgebied en een gezellig dorp. Vanuit de woning zie je een hele grote vijver. Eenden, waterhoenders, grote karpers, soms een bever en zelfs waterschilpadden zijn uw buren. s-avonds wordt u getrakteerd op een kwaakconcert.

On the beautiful, wooded Veluwe is this wooden chalet (62 m2) surrounded by fenced garden (350m2) with terrace, barbecue and private parking. The ideal place for relaxing and unwinding as a couple or family, for example. We have owned the chalet since 2023 and have decorated it in such a way that it is an ultimate oasis of peace for us. We therefore like to stay there ourselves, but also want to open it up to others so that more people can enjoy this beautiful place.

It is located in the old city center of Deventer on the Brink and at the historic Waag. The spacious gallery opens out to the apartment. On the 1st floor there is a private balcony. Deventer is characterized by the cozy small streets, old buildings, boutique shops and many restaurants, all within walking distance.

What's "On his Swedish"? A fully furnished cozy house (former living area of the farm) with its own entrance, full of comforts and also wheelchair accessible. Plenty of opportunities to stay privately outside the house.
