During summertime you can sit outside at the BBQ on the porch with a drink. In the fall, you can stroll through the woods and fields. During the winter, you can cozily enjoy reading by the woodstove. In spring, you can enjoy the first sunshine and fresh greenery. Throughout the year it is enjoyable here. The birds will whistle you awake and deer walking around will sometimes come right up to near the house.

This new green house in the forest is a complete house from 2021 that was designed and built by the owners themselves. It's a place to fully enjoy. This house is on 6500 m2 of private property. You reach the house through a private forest path. Through the double garden doors you can walk into the large fenced garden. The interior is colorful and luxurious. The flowery garden offers many places with sun and shade with picnic benches and play lawn. Parking on private property. Dogs and young children in consultation.

Het Bosrijk (Sallandse Hills)

Between the coniferous and deciduous trees and squirrels scurrying around, you will find our nice family house Het Bosrijk. With the spacious living room and three bedrooms, it is a wonderful place to relax with your family or small group of friends from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relax by the wood stove, take a long walk on the Sallandse Heuvelrug or eat in one of the fine restaurants on the Holterberg. The house has everything for a weekend or a week of relaxation in a wooded area.

A very, detached house on private property, equipped with every luxury and with lots of privacy. Close to Diepenheim and Lochem, with plenty of cycling and walking routes. Renovated in 2023. A spacious fenced garden of 1000 m2 with outdoor fireplace. On the edge of a quiet recreation park (with no amenities and partly permanently inhabited). A place to enjoy nature: reset and relax. Parking at the holiday home, charging station, wood stove, underfloor heating, 3 airconditioners, rain shower.

All bedrooms have airco. Holten is centrally located within a short drive to historic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen. Amsterdam is about an hour away by train or by car.

Come and stay at farm Erve Luttikhengel, suitable for 2 to 10 people. The farmhouse is comfortable and attractively decorated. Erve Luttikhengel is a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday all year round. Quiet and rural location in the Court of Twente, close to the woods. In the surrounding area you will find charming villages and towns, such as Delden and Diepenheim. Hiking and/or cycling in the green, museums visit, shopping, plenty to do, for young and old!

The Blue Gypsy Wagon

Our charming gypsy wagon is located in a quiet, green valley. The car is cozy and warm inside. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and stove. You will also find the cozy bedstee. You look out over the fields where deer occasionally walk in the morning. The veranda has a beautiful view. You can enjoy a nice drink here. Toilet and hot shower are nearby in the sanitary building. Use of the hot tub is exclusive and costs €40 per use.

The Orangerie castle Warmelo

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic property. Landgoed Warmelo is on the edge of Diepenheim, surrounded by forest and located in a 7-acre historic garden. Your visit is easy to combine with a large selection of walking and cycling trips. As a guest in the vacation home, you have free access to the historic gardens. The two vacation homes of the Warmelo share their own private garden ( about 0.5 ha), here you can enjoy in peace.

A spacious apartment with private entrance in the center of Enter, spread over the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to a cooking unit, sitting/sleeping area, a sauna, fireplace and a private seat in the garden, surrounded by a number of fruit trees. Despite our apartment being in the middle of the center, you will experience an oasis of peace. In consultation it is possible that you cook whether breakfast is provided.
