Holiday rentals with a patio in Hoàn Kiếm

We enjoyed our week in this fresh apartment in a 5-floor walk up in the French quarter with all the apartment essentials. Fun location with ramen, udon, and banh mi right downstairs. And we watched movies on the bedroom projector. 📽️ Hao was great. Super easy check in. Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay, it was a really nice place which has easy access to the rest of the city. There was plenty of space for all guests with a lot of luggage. We had an amazing time, and was perfect for after the Ha Giang Loop. Great communication with the owners who were incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend

die unterkunft ist großartig verortet. sie ist klein sauber und gemütlich. wir hatten anfangs probleme mit dem wc aber die kollegen haben sich unmittelbar darum gekümmert. generell wurde auf jede frage sofort reagiert und dementsprechend gehandelt. ich wünsche dem team alles gute und viel erfolg. ihr macht eure sache super!

I had a great stay at the apartment, it was great value for money, very spacious right in the old town, great location for getting around, the helpful host gave me great food and tour recommendations, and after a long day of exploring I had a soak in the hot tub with a view of the city. I would definitely come back!

We had a really lovely stay at Huy’s apartment in Hanoi. The location is great, you can walk quite easily to Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter and the French quarter is close by. The apartment itself is lovely, it was nice to have a private space to relax and the kitchen/laundry has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable as well. One thing to note when booking is there may be construction across the street as there was when we were there. But this won’t always be an issue and cannot be helped by the Airbnb.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Es gibt einige Cafés und ein Fitnessstudio gleich gegenüber. Außerdem findet man mehrere Restaurants (Burger, Vietnamesisch und ein Michelinrestaurant) direkt in der Straße. Es gibt auch ein veganes Restaurant ums Eck, das den ganzen Tag abdecken kann, von Frühstück bis Abendessen. Die Straßenverkäuferinnen für Saft fehlen auch nicht und sind sehr nett. Die Vermieterin war perfekt und hat sich rund um die Uhr gekümmert. Außerdem hat sie uns wertvolle Empfehlungen gegeben und bei allem unterstützt 😊 Alles in allem sag ich danke für den Aufenthalt und kann diesen jedem empfehlen 😊👌

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great place for a big group. The rooms are all separated with individual locks and one bathroom per two rooms. There is a small lounge, small kitchen and outdoor roof terrace. Everything was clean. The Aircon worked well and the location was perfect - right in the middle of all the activity

really beautiful place, had the perfect four nights here. the host was lovely and very responsive and helpful as it was quite a last minute booking. def recommend staying here, such a beautiful property in a peaceful street. ✨

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.

I’ll be returning here every time I am in Hanoi!! Minh Anh’s place is perfect in that it is so close to the old quarter but just across the street so it is much more peaceful. There is an overpass bridge you can pass which makes coming to and from the old quarter easy. The space is beautiful and clean. The showers have great water pressure. Everything is in clean and modern condition. There is also a washing machine. Minh Anh is also very responsive and helpful. Just a 10/10 stay in Hanoi. Lastly, if you are an expat the WiFi is really good and much better than what a hotel can offer!

하노이에 유학을 오게 되어 한달 동안만 지내게 되었습니다. 처음 체크인했을 땐 냉장고와 전자레인지가 작동되지 않았고 그닥 정돈된 상태가 아니었으나 호스트님께 연락하니 빠르게 해결해주셨습니다. 이후에도 문제가 있거나 필요한 물품이 있을 때 빠르게 지원해주셨습니다. 무엇보다 이 숙소가 좋았던 점은 주변 환경이나 인프라가 무척이나 좋다는 점입니다. 각종 레스토랑과 산책로, 카페, 빈컴 메가몰이 가까운 점이 정말 좋았고 늦은 시간까지 산책하기도 안전했습니다. 또 호안끼엠 등 하노이 주요 관광지와도 가까웠습니다. 하노이에서 좋은 기억을 남겨주셔서 감사하고, 다음에 또 방문할 수 있는 기회가 있었으면 좋겠습니다.
