Peter, the Manager, welcomed us very friendly offered us coffee. Our family room was as big as and nice as in the pic. Bathroom too. Clean with TV, Safe etc. Peter also was very helpful and cancelled another Hotel and booked a flight, due to flooding. He indeed did a great Job with all the guests, I observed, thx. Ursula and Family, Switzerland

The hotel was located around the downtown area, so the tour was very convenient. The hotel facilities felt a little old overall, but they were well maintained. The staff all seemed brave and confident with young people, and there were no special problems with communication in English. It's okay to use it cheaply.

Great and very clean hostel with really comfortable beds in the very middle of Old Quarters, but still quiet! We were welcomed very friendly, the staff speaks good English and helps you with any question. We would warmly recommend this place to anyone!

This is an excellent boutique hotel, with a good interior and an excellent location in the southeastern part of the north oher of Hanoi, the old quarter and the city center are within walking distance here, we even walked to the new Lotte Mall in the northwestern part of the lake) The owners of the hotel are very responsive and will help with any questions related to living in hotel, I can recommend this hotel, I will definitely stay here when I'm in Hanoi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredibly cheap, exactly what you want as a landing spot or a back packers respite. I got a high up floor with sick views. You’re a bit outside of the action but as a result you feel like you’re really in Hanoi Hanoi. Staff was so sweeet - like having an Auntie to welcome me back every time I returned. Responsive owner in Airbnb messenger as well. It has just the bare bones but it’s clean and open.
