Perfect stay for a night. Would definitely come back

It's just beautiful, the house has a great location with a great view. It has everything your heart desires - we have never had such a well-equipped kitchen and such a well-equipped bathroom. We got to know Silje herself as a very friendly hostess. The house is large and clean and cozy. I'd love to come back. Thank you!

Kjetil’s lovely home was the perfect place for us. We were able to walk everywhere and the buses were easy and convenient. There were bakeries, restaurants, and shops very close by. We were also able to walk to parks and museums. The home was quiet and peaceful and very comfortable. We would love to stay here anytime again.

Spectacular place! The views are unreal being right on the water. The house is stunning on the inside and has great design. Very cozy. The out door spa, fire and kayaks were amazing. We would love to return.

Agriculture and Architecture mix. Living on the farm. Hike the property to historical Viking battle site. Golden hour sunset from property was amazing. The boathouse is a special and unique salute to Norway. 🇳🇴 Hope to return and stay longer next time. 🤞

The house has a great location and a beautiful view of the fjord. There are also many beautiful hikes that start nearby. Anne Marie and her husband were very friendly, helpful and always quick to reach. We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay and can warmly recommend the place! The location was perfect – close to everything but still quiet. The apartment was clean and fresh with a lovely balcony where we were happy to sit and enjoy the nice view. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking easy, and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better!

Nice host. Nice apartment that met our needs. Tidy and clean. Nice areas nearby, trails and walking/bicycle paths. Located a little outside Stavanger, but easy to get there, for example, by train or bicycle. We had a car. I recommend the apartment if you do not need to be in the middle of the city.

A very nice and cozy wooden holiday home. On one side a beautiful view, on the other side a view of a neighboring house. A nice terrace with beautiful views. All amenities excellent. We felt very at home there. The contact with Matthias went smoothly, a sympathetic and quick to respond host. We'd really like to come back again.

Very nice, I'd love to come back another time

We had a very nice time in this apartment. Everything you need for life is there and it is warm and cozy. The view from the apartment over the fjord is fantastic! You can quickly reach beautiful hiking areas and Stavanger by car, as well as good shopping facilities. Very close to the accommodation is the bus stop of the line 100, with which you can very comfortably get to Stavanger and back. A very special highlight were the extremely delicious waffles that Trond baked especially for us and that were ready for us on arrival. After the long drive, it was particularly good to be taken care of! Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay with Anders and Torhild. The apartment is fully equipped, looks beautiful and has a beautiful location. Close to a bay where you can swim, paddle, hike and sail. Anders and Torhild were very friendly. Really a place to go back to again. And then for a longer period.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and had everything we could possibly need — from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy spaces throughout. There’s even a movie theatre, which we, unfortunately, didn’t have time to enjoy, but my kids were so excited just seeing it! The home is beautifully maintained with a charming backyard that adds a lovely touch of nature and peace!

An absolutely charming stay. Perfect for slowing down and enjoying simple pleasures and the natural beauty of the area. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed outdoor dinners with fjord views, morning swims and reading next to the lapping water. Our little dog was most welcome and loved frolicking about the property. You can really sense that this sjøhus was a labour of love for Bjarne to build.

Great cabin with beautiful views

Wow. what a shame that we booked only for two nights! The property is located at one of the best location we were at Norway, feels like home away from home. The house is well equipped with everything we could have imagined and more. The parking is a bit far from the apartment, but one can get close for unloading the car. The stairs for the upper floor are a bit tricky for the young kids. Nevertheless - totally worth to stay while in Norway.

The accommodation surpassed our expectations. We had the honour of being the first guests after the renovation, and we could see immediately how much love and work Lene and Joakim have put into it. It was definitely an upgrade compared to what we saw on the photos when we booked our stay. Some cosmetic details had not been finished yet, but we didn't mind at all, and Joakim was very transparent and has sent images of the work in progress several times. In general, Joakim was super exact and detailed in his communication. The house is great, we especially liked the peaceful view over the lake and the quiet surrounding. We particularly enjoyed hiking to Sendingfossen/Hiafossen/Hiabolt, highly recommended.

We have changed our bookings on short notice and Inger was a very flexible, friendly and pragmatic host. The house is small but very cosy. Feels like typical for Norwegian tradition. The bath is recently renovated and offers modern comfort. The house is located in a quite lovely surrounding with plenty of opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. Stavanger as a major town can be reached by car easily via tunnel in 30 minutes. If you want to relax and recover in a quite area and impressive nature, this house is the place to choose.

The cabin might be a little tricky to find at first but in exchange you get a cabin that's very private and has an impossibly beautiful view. It's the perfect place to relax, especially with beautiful weather as the sun shines into the living room the entire day.

A very nice cabin with everything you need. You just need to bring something to eat and clean clothes. Otherwise, everything you need is at the cabin. Friendly host. Can only be recommended.
