Very nice and spacious apartment in the middle of the city center with lovely sea views from large windows and private terrace. The terrace is with a superstructure to choose sun or shade. It is a safe and quiet area with adult residents around. The apartment is very central and is just above the Altisenteret which has 70 shops, wine monopoly, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, just an elevator ride away. Short walk along the sea you will find Arendal guest harbor, which has a beach area, saltwater pool, sauna and restaurant.

Det går buss til byen hver time ca 5 min gang fra boligen. Trampoline blir satt opp i hagen på sommeren. God plass til 2-3 familier eller en storfamilie.
