Augusta is a beautiful town and was outstanding! Had a blast at the Augusta Pub underneath the loft and an amazing dinner at the Beehive!

Had a fantastic stay with Renee! The bathroom shower gel, shampoo, etc was a huge plus and so appreciated!! Very clean space, comfortable bed overall just a really great stay and I definitely recommended!!

A Hidden Gem on the Water. From the moment we arrived, watching the golden hues of sunset reflect off the water was an experience in itself. But the real adventure began with the incredible activities offered. Kayaking along the shoreline, gliding through the peaceful waters and discovering hidden coves was the perfect way to soak in the natural beauty of this lake. The Pontoon boat ride was equally unforgettable, with our knowledgeable host, Matt, sharing fascinating stories about the lake’s history and the surrounding area. Learning about the local landmarks and the rich history that shaped this area made the experience even more special. The property itself is cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Whether sipping coffee on the deck or simply enjoying the fresh, crisp air, every moment here felt relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is so charming with tons of character! It includes upgraded amenities. Location is great as well; close enough to the fun, but has private area as well. Definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit faces the river and bike trail. The windows are tree level and there were a lot of birds to watch. We had a few groups of friends come to visit and it was very convenient to eat at the brewery and then come back to the unit to chat. Kitchen is adequate to prepare simple meals, we cooked dinner for one guest. Bed is comfortable, unit is clean and nicely decorated. The complex has the feeling of being in a natural area without being too for from the beaten path. Closets are large and pack and play or air mattresses for kiddos could fit there. A few things to mention as a heads up, these things are part of the industrial vibe---a few areas of the floor are slightly raised and rough, the walls of the second bedroom don't go all the way up to the ceiling, and occasionally some low level noise from other residents and their dogs. We would like to stay here again as the nature vibe is very relaxing.

Another great stay! As a travel nurse I always look for accommodations that have everything I need to cook meals and do laundry. This Airbnb checks all the boxes!

April's place was great, and exactly as described. I got very clear instructions for check-in ahead of time, and everything was smooth and easy. The place was clean and tidy, had everything you could need, and was in walking distance of some nice places to eat. Overall, it was a great find.

Stayed a few nights with a few girlfriends scrapbooking. We had plenty of room to set up tables. The kitchen was very stocked. This felt like we were at grandmas house and she was gone for the weekend. Lots of antique decor. Felt very homey! We did have an issue with ants but that is normal for this time of year. Lewis was very helpful trying to fix the problem. We would definitely come back.

We loved the backyard!! Great for our pets and relaxing outdoors. Friendly neighbors though we rarely saw them. Close to parks and downtown yet private. Comfortable livingroom with couch and chair. Good mattress. Shower pressure strong. Newer microwave and fridge. Communications excellent. Creative decor. Based on these things we gave this Airbnb a 5. However, we did not use the basement washer/dryer because the steep stairs without a handrail was too risky for us. Our daughter lives 5 min away so it was not a problem using hers while we visited. Also be aware that if you can not do steps there is a small step up from the kitchen to the hall floor outside the 2nd bedroom and the bathroom; plus a step down to get into these rooms. Tricky if you have poor balance or forget it's there. We stuck a chair in front of the kitchen/ hall step and another in the bathroom to remind and steady us. A gate by the 1st step & rails would help. Enjoyed our stay here. 5+ backyard. Thanks!

Highly recommend this spotless, convenient and comfortable bungalow. The host is super responsive and friendly, and the property exceeds expectations. All the amenities, and close to everything. I've stayed here twice now while in town to compete at WEC, and I'll be back every time it's available!

Ron and Karen communicated what we needed as tenants very well. When I was starting to think about checking out I already received detailed instructions. The amount of amenities that they provided was second to none. I have nothing but good things to say about staying at this place and working with Ron and Karen.

We loved our stay! It was my wedding weekend, and my bridesmaids and I stayed here together. It was super cute, close to the venue, and Joseph was very accommodating. Great place!

loved our stay I'm originally from Court house and planned a fast visit for the weekend. We enjoyed the house for ourselves and kids. We hope to book again for Christmas if he will have us. Only complaint and it's not even a complaint (lol) there isn't TVs in the bedrooms and for our kids that was a bummer. That is so miniscule of a issue and just a US thing 😆 Book his home you will greatly enjoy the place and quiet area.

Loved the beach house. Came here to attend a horse show at world equestrian center. The location was so convenient, but the house itself was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, it was a relaxing pleasure to enjoy. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need, recently updated. Very clean and very, very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s on my favorite favorites list!

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

Heath & Trish’s place is super cute, inviting, and the PERFECT location for WEC, only a 5 minute drive, as well as being close to downtown Wilmington. Everything was incredibly clean, the beds are SO comfy (even the single bed in the fun little nook), the house had all the amenities of home. Trish was proactive in her communication with me from the start and reached out to see if there was anything needed. Everything was smooth, from booking to check out. If you need a place to stay in the area, don’t pass this one up!

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!
