The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio apartment (granny apartment) on 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction stovetop. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

Our stay was very pleasant. The modern apartment is in a very good, quiet location (restaurants, café, supermarket, train/bus to Aachen within walking distance). The equipment of the apartment is also great. Everything you need was there (coffee, milk, sugar even provided). Sufficient parking is also provided. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and flexible and quick to reach for check-in and check-out. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this apartment!

Stefanie is a very hospitable lady. Everything is present in the cottage. Very clean too. Entrance cottage a bit difficult to find, it is house number 38 instead of 45. The property is located on the border of Germany and the Netherlands, but Dutch channels are difficult to find on TV. Must be via the internet. Beautiful large TV. Access to the bathroom through the bedroom. Both the bed and the fold-out sofa bed are equipped with nice pillows and sleep wonderfully.

A nice apartment in a new quiet neighborhood! it's exactly like the pictures. you really feel like a guest, everything is thought of, don't worry that you forget something because it is present in the apartment, also nice bathrobes! The biggest plus is the jacuzzi and the outdoor space that is very private and quiet, for cold evenings there is a patio heater. we definitely recommend booking this apartment
