Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Hertfordshire

Great Stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel special. Would definitely stay again! I will 100% recommend.

We stayed for one night before having to travel to the airport, the apartment had everything you need and was comfortable! Parking was super convenient too! Would stay again if needed. Only thing I would suggest is getting some bedside table lamps as the only available light before sleep is the big one but other than that, spot on! Thank you.

I had to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, and although I didn’t end up staying at the property, I was really impressed with the host's communication and professionalism. He responded quickly to my messages and was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the whole process. Most importantly, he refunded my money straight away without any hassle. Great experience with a very considerate host—highly recommend based on his honesty and responsiveness alone!

This place is every bit as beautiful and amazing at the pictures and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay and the hosts made the stay even more wonderful with their communication, helpfulness, flexibility and recommendations. The kitchen was very well equipped and allowed us to self-cater with great tools and beyond this, there were freshly laid eggs from the chicken in the garden for us. The dining space had wonderfully picture-esque views - the hosts had also left out some board games here they had recommended for us which was a lovely touch. The cinema and office areas were brilliant with lots of sofa-space and projector entertainment system. The bedrooms had some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and the bathrooms were hi-tech and included unbelievable facilities. We took full advantage of the outside space, with comfortable seating, beautiful views and a bbq/fire pit. Overall, this is the most amazing place I've stayed, made even better by the hosts.

I loved staying at Tonia's, I instantly felt at home and got a wonderful warm reception by Tonia ,her family and Simba the dog. Loved the facility of the SMART TV and hot and cold water machine, these provided extra luxury and really contributed to the relaxed and easy going break i was looking for. I would love visit again when in the area. Thank you Tonia, it was a pleasure and delight meeting you and your wonderful family.

Great stay! House was lovely, easy to find and the area was nice and quiet too. Would recommend this place if you need to somewhere to stay in the MK area. The host was responsive and very helpful whenever we needed.

Perfect for what we needed. This is a lovely property in a nice area, which is spacious and has enough room to sleep 10 people. Good sized living room and kitchen/dining room. I’d read previous reviews so knew to request that the hot tub was heated up prior to our arrival, which they did. It was beautifully warm for us to use when we arrived so thank you! And I also knew to take my own laptop for the cinema room. Just bring a long HMDI to connect directly to the projector as it took us a while to figure that out. Couple of things to note, the outdoor seating set and the 4 seated kitchen table from the photos were not there. But I’d still give it 5 star as very responsive and had everything we needed. Very reasonably priced for a large group of people.

Stayed for 3 nights for proximity to university. Exactly as described. Lovely home environment to stay in

Lovely host, very responsive and friendly. We stayed to attend the Slam Dunk festival in Hatfield so the journey was okay, luckily we drove. The place was tidy and clean, with a cute welcome tin of biscuits. The only thing I would recommend is for Sergius to get an extension leed for the twin (two single) bedroom as there was only one plug in the bedroom:)) or for guest to remember to take a multiply plug/extension lead if u plan on using multiple plugs in one room :)) thank you

Difficult to find as Levan hadn't put the name of the house on any instructions or the booking & there are no pictures of the house from the front outside so we couldn't tell which house it was! But we rang Levan & he came straight out to find us. He was very friendly & helpful. The house had everything we needed & the hot tub & bbq were set up for us. Bathrooms were lovely & clean. The house was quite tatty in places but comfortable & well equipped. Nature watching in the garden is great- birds, bats, dragonflies, butterflies But if you are noise sensitive there are loud trains running throughout the night & a claxon that goes throughout the day announcing the trains we assumed. We would stay again as it's a lovely spacious property. Would just benefit with a bit of love 😊
