Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Héricy

Logement bien placé juste à côté des commerces et des points d’eau. Communication très facile avec nos hôtes et les instructions sont parfaites ! On kiff la petite vidéo pour accéder au Logement!😃 On reviendra!

Un appartement vraiment charmant et très fonctionnel avec vue sur les toits d'Avon. Quartier paisible et à proximité de nombreux petits commerces, très proche de Fontainebleau. Nous sommes venus pour un événement au Grand Parquet, qui est à 5mn en voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Oli has been a perfect host for our vacation. The studio is very bright with a lot of light coming from the windows. The position is close to the forests for climbing and hiking; the city centre is reachable walking. The accommodation had all we needed. The host was very helpful and he manage quickly to solve a small misunderstanding regarding the check-in. I warmly recommend it!

Ottimo appartamento. Una volta arrivati al terzo e ultimo piano, abbiamo trovato un appartamento tranquillo, completamente nuovo, con tutte le comodità. La posizione è privilegiata per tutte le comodità, per i negozi, per il mercato, i ristoranti. Vicinissimo al castello. Abbiamo abitato l’appartamento per 10 giorni. L’appartamento era ottimamente accessoriato, c’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e, come sempre, abbiamo trovato i prodotti della pulizia, i saponi per il bagno, le capsule per il caffè ed altre cose necessarie per la cucina (carta, sale, spezie, olio ed altri condimenti). Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Assolutamente da consigliare. Torneremo presto

Incredible stay. The apartment is updated, beautiful and spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and maintained. The location is right across the street from the chateau, can’t beat it. Charles and Melis were wonderful to interact with and even went the extra mile by kindly offering to help us navigate the local real estate market. Highly recommend!

Kevin was a great host. We very much enjoyed our one night stay in Fontainebleau. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was very prompt with responses. I will say 2 things to know in advance: 1 if it's too cold let Kevin know he can turn the heaters up, I didn't do this because I didn't know so we were pretty cold but it was manageable. And 2, if you are a light sleeper like I am bring ear buds to cancel out the sound. I always have problems sleeping with noises so I always carry my ear buds with me, and I had no problem falling asleep. It was a magnificent apartment, and if we ever returned we will definitely try to book Kevin's ppace again. Thank you!

Petit studio lumineux, propre et agréable. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, sympathiques et aux petits soins (tapis et gamelles pour notre chienne, café et madeleines ). Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Logement fidèle à la description, à proximité de la forêt de Fontainebleau et des commerces. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, et les prestations sont de qualité (literie, douche, appareils électroménager...). Merci à David pour l'accueil et les recommandations. Magnifique maison! Les photos de l’annonce ne lui font pas honneur. Parfaitement propre, bien équipée, adaptée pour les enfants, très bien située, avec en plus beaucoup de livres et de jeux. Grand merci à Véronique et Paul de nous avoir donné l’occasion de vivre une semaine dans ce lieu exceptionnel!

La maison et le cadre sont superbes. La literie excellente. C etait vraiment super. Le seul petit bémol est qu il n y avait pas de photos de l'escalier extérieur pour accéder à la maison. La personne qui m'accompagnait est sujette aux vertiges et a dû mal à descendre en raison du vide et pas de rampe. Idem pour les enfants en bas âge... il y a quand même un risque qu'il tombe par mégarde...

We stayed at this beautiful oasis for a short getaway and loved the peaceful location and stunning surroundings. This feels less like a B&B and more like you have been invited to stay at a very well travelled friend's holiday home. We particularly liked the private walled garden where we ate every meal and the spacious and tranquil bedrooms. Helpful and responsive host too. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed 4 nights at Julien's house and it was perfect for our needs. We could combine nature hikes with historical Chateaux all from one place and Barbizon itself is a charming location. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for an excellent stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la jolie maison de Pierre! Le quartier est très calme, on entend chanter les oiseaux le matin. Le centre ville n’est pas loin. Nos deux petits enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le petit jardin clos. Pour nous, il a été particulièrement pratique de pouvoir faire une lessive. Pierre nous a accueilli chaleureusement, c’était un plaisir et nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour! Le weekend et le soir, il est possible de se parquer sur une grande place juste devant la maison ce qui est très pratique. Pendant les heures de travail la semaine, ces places sont souvent prises par l’entreprise située à côté et il faut se parquer en créneau dans la rue, parfois un peu plus loin.

Super séjour chez Christelle à Fontainebleau ! Une maison impeccable, adéquate pour les groupes avec une cuisine super équipée, une bonne literie, parfaitement propre Christelle est une hôte réactive, super accueillante et très sympathique ! Tout est facile, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable ! Je recommande vivement

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Un appartement idéal pour un séjour en groupe. Le logement est propre, spacieux, bien aménagé et vous apprécierez assurément le balcon. La gare juste à côté et le centre commercial en face font de ce Airbnb un très bon choix en tout points ! Validé pour ma part ✅

Christian è una persona adorabile, accogliente, disponibile, simpatico, preciso. Ci ha fatti sentire davvero a nostro agio e ci ha dedicato tempo e disponibilità encomiabili. La sua casa è confortevole, accessoriata adeguatamente, ordinata, pulita e come nelle foto e molto comoda anche per una famiglia di 5 persone come noi. Inoltre Christian ci ha coccolati accogliendoci con un ottima bottiglia di vino e altro e dato che era periodo natalizio ci ha fatto trovare anche un bell'albero di Natale, è stato davvero molto carino. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene a casa sua e con lui. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno era reattivo immediatamente attraverso i messaggi. La zona in cui è ubicata la casa è molto tranquilla e la stazione dei treni non è lontana. Comoda per raggiungere Parigi in poco tempo. Quindi se torneremo da queste parti sicuramente torneremo da Christian. Grazie davvero per tutto.

Entre deux maisons, j'ai vécu 2 mois chez Lénaïk et Jean-Luc, dans un quartier que je connais bien. Le studio est parfaitement équipé, très bien situé, à pied du RER et du centre tout en étant au calme. Très agréable à vivre, un vrai petite cocon, à tel point que j'ai eu de la peine à le quitter. Les hôtes sont adorables. Pouvoir garer son véhicule dans la cour est un plus indéniable. Merci !!!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.
