Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Hérens District

This is a very well maintained and well appointed apartment in a typical Swiss chalet located steps away from shopping, dining and everything else Verbier has to offer. The modern bathrooms were spotless. The towels, chocolates on the bed and countless other nice small touches were great. They put a lot of effort into all these small details. The breakfast was good. There was cake in the afternoon as well as coffee, tea, water to drink any time. You are able to use the kitchen to cook your own food if you like. The large common area was comfortable and I did enjoy socializing with the other guests. The communication with Sacha was perfect. He was able to accommodate my change of plans and to offer me a parking spot at very short notice. Prices in Verbier are generally high. If I think about the fact that we shared the bathrooms with the other guests, the price seems higher still. I think that is just the price of things in Verbier, Switzerland.

Nach einer schönen Wanderung zum Edelweiss liegt dir Zermatt zu Füßen. Direkt bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich von Philippa und Rico begrüßt und mit einem kalten Getränk versorgt. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Abendessen vor dieser beeindruckenden Kulisse war sehr lecker. Ich habe bei Philippa und Rico die letzte Nacht auf meiner Mehrtageswanderung verbracht. Es war ein krönender Abschluss der Reise. Ein perfekter Ort um Zermatt und Umgebung zu erkunden und dabei abends dem Trubel zu entfliehen. Absolute Empfehlung

I enjoyed my 5 day stay with Francine! Everything was great and Francine is a lovely and warm host. The location is perfect for skiing with Les mazots/les diablerets ski lift a short, easy walk away (even carrying ski equipment) and there is a stop for the bus to glacier3000 less than 2 minutes walk from the door. Merci beaucoup, Francine!

Bradley and Marianna were wonderful hosts - very friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is serene, and the photos don’t do it justice. The breakfast they provided was delicious and freshly made, making it feel like we were staying at home. The view from our rooms was also amazing, especially with the balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The host gave us many suggestions about places to visit and the local area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If we ever visit again, we’d love to stay here for a second time. We highly recommend it to anyone considering booking with Bradley and Marianna.

Einfaches aber zweckmässiges Zimmer, recht klein. Für eine Übernachtung bei einer Velotour tiptop. Es hat alles was man braucht. Gemütliches Zmorge, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Restaurant-Tipp: Hotel Diana bei Ried (10 Min zu Fuss), überdurchschnittliches Speisen- und Getränkeangebot und - wenn man Glück hat - spontane Jodeleinlagen anderer Gäste ...

Great chalet in quiet yet central location. Sascha and Tamara were amazing hosts. Breakfast was an added bonus! The kitchen facilities which guests can use was fully kitted with everything you could need and more. Nice touches like condiments/oils in the kitchen and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms made it even better. Can’t speak more highly of this place. Would definitely return.

One of the best airbnb i have stayed in because I have a story to tell my friends. The hike up is amazing and Philippa and Rico are amazing hosts. Will visit again!

I loved my stay with Rico and Philippa! I’m active and hiking to get to Rico and Philippa’s was worth every step! A beautiful view, beautiful family and a great place to also meet some fellow travellers. The food was great, very clean and comfortable and the location was great to hike in and out of. I highly recommend staying with Rico and Phillipa!

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cet établissement où tout a été pensé pour notre confort. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Fiona, qui s'est montrée d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, accueillant même notre chienne avec le sourire. Le lieu est idéal pour se relaxer, offrant un cadre paisible et ressourçant. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont des atouts majeurs, impeccablement entretenus et invitant à la détente totale. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs se sentent comme chez eux. Seuls petits points d'amélioration que nous pourrions suggérer : l'ajout d'une climatisation dans les chambres pour rendre les nuits d'été encore plus agréables, ainsi qu'un porte-savon pour la douche, afin de rendre l'utilisation de la salle de bain encore plus pratique. En résumé, une expérience formidable que nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en toute tranquillité.

De passage pour une nuit avec mon fils, le séjour à été parfait. Accueil chaleureux et au top. Logement cosi et très propre. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à Pauline pour son accueil.

We really enjoyed our time in Bernese oberland and Maja’s place was easy to get around the places we visited. We felt right at home and welcomed with Maja and her family. The awesome breakfast was a great start to the day and the recommendations provided by Maja also helped us a lot. The place is within beautiful surrounding and meadows, the Mountain View from the window was just perfect. We are definitely staying here again when back in the region.

Un grand merci pour l’excellent accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Chambre parfaite, pas très grande mais juste ce qu’il faut pour deux. Déjeuner top. On a eu de bon conseils pour notre sortie ski randonnée du lendemain, Marguerite et Beat étant également des passionnés de la nature, on a passé un bon moment ensemble.

I deeply enjoyed my stay with Grace in Tasch. She went above and beyond to make my stay memorable by picking me up at the train station, preparing breakfast and sharing dinner, and offering local recommendation of things to do in Zermatt. Would highly recommend staying here on your next ski adventure. Quick 20 minute train to Zermatt, very easy to get around and close to an alternative train station that leaves daily to Zermatt. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!

Anders and Helle went above and beyond for myself and my daughter. Airline lost 1 bag with ski gear inside, The hosts provided replacement ski gear that was missing saving our short break. Breakfast was very nice set inside Hosts kitchen. Would highly recommend. 5 minute walk to Le Châble Ski lift.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was the most amazing stay, definitely in my top 3 of all time. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Le Rudli only opened in March and it shows. The place was clean, fresh and well maintained, the views of the mountains and lake Thun were breathtaking. The breakfast was incredibly tasty and such a variety of local organic ingredients used. The hosts Moni and Urs were wonderful, Moni goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. She even prayed for me as I was unwell. Its a magical place hidden away in Swiss nature. I could go on and on and on, I’d definitely come back and stay for longer. It felt sad to leave. Oh and the beds and pillows are the most comfortable ever, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. DO NOT HESITATE CLICK THE BOOK BUTTON AND BOOK IT NOW YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Beautiful place to stay… I loved my stay with Rico & Philippa, fantastic surroundings. Beautiful views. It’s a proper 1.5 hours hime to get there and it is a steep incline but it was worth it. They have a full menus with delicious meals. Rico and Philippa were very friendly and kind, gave me great advice for hiking routes. I would definitely visit again.

Angelika est très gentille, elle nous a accueillis comme si on était sa famille, avec un grand sourire et avec joie. Elle s'est adaptée à nous, vraiment super! Les chambres étaient propres, modernes, calmes. Tout était magnifique et le séjour fut parfait!
