Welcome to our retreat with a stunning mountain view. The property sleeps up to 26 guests. We have 3 spare mattresses and a Pack'N'Play, for groups up to 30. We are 20 min from Snowbasin Resort and 20 min from SLC airport. Enjoy our sand volleyball, basketball, pickleball theater room & hot tub! We allow small weddings/events for an additional $1800 fee. You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am.
