Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

Two armchairs to relax and a terrace with chairs and table with phenomenally unobstructed views over the countryside with the Midwolder forest on the horizon.

A stylishly furnished B&B, you stay in the restored front house from 1912. During the renovation, the history and the authentic colors of the early 20th century were taken into account. The B&B has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a small pantry with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom has a bed with 2 pcs. 80×200 cm mattresses and there is a sofa bed for 2 pers. in the sitting room.

This neighborhood is known as The Golden Island, a villa neighborhood with homes built in the period 1910-1930. The Golden Island is set in a quiet leafy neighborhood with tall oak trees and wide streets. The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seat, kitchen, wc shower, king size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished.

You'll love sitting on the covered terrace under the grape bushes with a glass of wine and a good book. You can eat the grapes and maybe there is a zucchini or other fruit or fruit waiting for you from the greenhouse or vegetable garden. In the house is a nice large sofa and desk with good wifi and great views over the lands.
