Through a fixed staircase in the living room, you can enter the spacious bedroom upstairs. The nature cottage has its own driveway and a spacious garden with several seats. Cottage is within walking distance of beeteleld, natura 2000 area and the Salland hillside at 2 kms.

In the middle of nature the Zunasche Heide, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug and on the Marskramerpad (stage 5) is this picturesque cottage. The cottage is located directly next to the heath area where numerous bird species can be admired. The towns of Nijverdal and Rijssen are less than 4km away. The Regge is near where a boat can be rented. The cottage is located on a yard and offers views over meadows and horses. An ideal place for athletes and nature lovers where privacy is guaranteed.

Nice place on the edge of the forest and near the village!

Nice place on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! In the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2-p bed and sleeping loft with 2 single beds above the kitchen. The center is at walking distance. But we also live wonderfully freely, right on the forest and the Pieterpad. April 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, we cannot allow permanent residence.

Bungalow in a vacation park

Wake up in the middle of nature with singing birds and quacking frogs. Who doesn't want this? The cottage is located at the end of a dead end road on a lake full of fish.. The cottage stands on a park and is close to an indoor swimming pool ( 2 minutes walk) but far enough away not to be bothered by the crowds. While you sit at the coffee, the children take a dip in the pool. Outside you can look out over the pond. there is also a fire pit where you can make a campfire,

This cozy chalet, located near the village of Den Ham, is cozily furnished and has fast fiber optic internet. Within 5 minutes you can walk from the park to the woods. The surrounding meadows offer stunning views, ideal for hiking and biking enthusiasts. The spacious terrace offers a lot of privacy and is perfect to eat outside or enjoy the sunshine. The large, fenced garden makes it ideal for pet owners; pets are welcome and can safely run around in the garden.

Deze Cosy Cabin gelegen in het bos heeft net dat tikkeltje extra luxe. Hier kan je heerlijk genieten en vluchten van de dagelijkse drukte. Wat dacht je van heerlijk relaxen ik je eigen luxe hottub? Je wordt omringd door het geluid van vogels, ritselende bladeren en totale rust. Dichter bij de natuur kan haast niet. Natuurlijk is je hond hier ook welkom, want de tuin is volledig afgezet. Het park is nog in aanbouw. Je kunt daar enige hinder van ondervinden.

A beautiful wooden holiday home in the outskirts of Hellendoorn, Ommen, Lemele. Near Pieterpad, Lemelerberg, Sallandse Heuvelrug, Reggedal. Various hiking and cycling routes. Especially for horse lovers, you can soon bring your own horse on holiday. There are 2 additional horse boxes available + outside riding box + jumps, paddock and exit possibilities. If you want to bring your horse, this can be discussed Our 4 horses are next to the holiday home.

The Assenhoekje offers space & tranquility

The Assenhoekje is located in the middle of the meadows and is on a dead-end road. It offers you a fantastic view and gives you the necessary peace and quiet! The house has room for 5 people. Downstairs you will find the living room and kitchen with garden doors to your private terrace. You will also find an extra bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom incl. toilet (see pictures)
