Very good stay as a couple in Rabat 🇲🇦 We had a great stay as a couple in this apartment located in the Ocean neighborhood. The accommodation is faithful to the description: clean, well furnished and above all with a pleasant decor that makes the place very warm. The neighborhood is quiet while being lively, with shops and restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. We were able to visit Rabat easily thanks to the location. The hostess was very welcoming and available throughout the stay, which made us feel comfortable from the start. We recommend it without hesitation, and we will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, snacks , and extra towels. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect since I needed to work remotely for part of the trip. Mamon is a very kind guy . Thanks alot

This place is so clean and decorated place. It is the best I have seen in Prestiga. Both hosts Hatim and Hamza are so friendly and I always stay in their apartments in Rabat

Gem of a place. Looks better than in the pictures. Away from city but very close to every facility. Yasrin was always available online. Unfortunately it wasn't warm enough for the outdoor pool to open. Would gladly recommend this place to anyone.

My stay in this apartment was by all means great! The apartment is very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything a traveler might need. The location is excellent and close to all services. Great location and a really comfortable stay. The apartment is well-designed and feels very spacious. We especially liked the natural light and the calm atmosphere. The terraces were a highlight — perfect for breakfast in the morning and also lovely in the evening with the lively avenue view. Everything was clean and functional, and it’s clear the host pays attention to the details. Shops and restaurants are close by, which made everything super convenient. Big thanks to the host for being so responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

A wonderful new apartment in Hay Riad that looks exactly as depicted in the photos. Zainab was a friendly and accommodating host and her flexibility with both check-in and check-out was greatly appreciated. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for short or long stays. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable—with amazing restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a shopping mall all within walking distance. The building is secure, and the day and night guards were exceptionally helpful, making us feel safe and welcome throughout our stay. Waking up to the refreshing scent of the ocean each morning was a true highlight. Mehdi was a wonderful host—responsive, accommodating, and even gave us a personal tour during check-in. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Khalid is a great host and responds almost immediately! The place is very big and also very clean. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Rabat and I will certainly be back again.
