location was centrally located between Hilo and the National Park for the volcanoes. it was easy to navigate and very clean and it had everything we needed. thank you Daryl

We absolutely loved The Sugar Shack! It was more than what we expected - the house had everything we needed, and the flow was seamless. Even though we arrived pretty late, the instructions on how to get to the house were very clear, and we found it without any issues. It felt like we had lived there for years, which made it so perfect for us. The location was fantastic - about an hour away from Hilo, nestled in the beautiful SeaView subdivision. We had the opportunity to check out an event at the SeaView park, which was a lot of fun. Plus, we were close to Volcanoes National Park and some stunning black sand beaches. We highly recommend The Sugar Shack - it was the perfect spot for our stay!

We saw the pigs they are cute. The hot tub was fantastic. The kitchen was great. The house is clean and quite secluded.

Wonderful place for our several days there. Fantastic view and very spacious. Several restaurants were in town. Waimea had few tourists but still was close to several small out-of-the-way towns we otherwise would not have thought of to visit.

Beautiful flowers outside the door. Great instructions and super easy to get to. Great location close to Volcanos National Park and restaurants in Volcano.

We had an amazing stay! It was unique and at a great location in Hawaii. We felt so comfortable and the whole family (including a toddler & infant) enjoyed our stay. It is by far one of our favorite Airbnbs that we have stayed at.

Nathan's home is nice and spacious, and very comfortable. Close the airport and Kona and things to do. The backyard and patio was a little slice of heaven. Nathan was super flexible when our flight got cancelled, and went out of his way to work with us! Mahalo!

Really fun place to stay. My kids caught lizards and frogs outside. The decor inside was very retro and pleasant. We ate out on the balcony every day. Thank you!

The place was great! Super clean and Jon was able to respond quickly if needed. Cafe Florian down the street was super charming and affordable with GREAT views of the ocean, and Gypsea Gelato was a few minutes drive away and had amazing gelato-great treat on a hot day! Parks and snorkeling were short drives away. The grocery store down the street had great premade sushi to take to the beach! I felt very comfortable at Jon's place! Close to Kona Community Hospital as well.

Great place to stay located nearby both Volcanoes National Park and Hilo. The unit was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very easy to communicate with and replied quickly on questions. Great place to stay outside of town and would recommend again.

Wir haben uns in Kathys Wohnung sehr willkommen und sofort wohlgefühlt. Kathy hat an alles gedacht und wir empfinden sie als eine sehr aufmerksame und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns einen sehr angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt bereitet hat. Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, sie antwortet schnell und über ihre Tipps haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Für uns war Kathy ein nahezu perfektes Match.

Super clean, excellent and pristine furniture. The garden and the surrounding were fascinating. I was surprised to learn that we're allowed to use the barbecue grill and the bon fire but unfortunately had little time to use as there are a lot of things to do at the Big Island. Hopefully next time! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Thomas’s house was great! It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved having access to the washer and dryer. It fit our family of 5 comfortably, and we appreciated the air conditioning, snorkel gear, and boogie board. There was great snorkeling nearby, and we loved walking across the street to drink our coffee by the ocean every morning! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! The location was close to many things in the Kona area. The dedicated parking spot made it easy to come and go. The mini-split AC was quiet and kept the place cool. The in-unit laundry was great too.

We loved staying at Vincent's place. Very clean, comfortable furniture, great kitchen, and amazing location. It's a 15 minute walk or a 3-minute drive to A-Bay, which is a wonderful and calm beach for swimming. The condo was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and towels, even boogie boards and snorkels. Great location, we loved exploring the Kohala Coast and the surrounding beaches, and there is good food within Waikoloa Beach and in the surrounding resorts. AC kept things comfortable and we loved the shaded patio for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay and I hope we get to come back!

Our stay here was perfect. Location was amazing right by the beach at a peaceful community, great for viewing sunrise/sunset. The place was just as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

place was beautiful! spacious and very well kept. location was great just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the strip down the road. host was responsive and helpful!

We read reviews about bugs and a bad smell, however we had no issues with either. Place felt very clean and smelled great, has all the amenities and appliances that we needed. Even had a boogie board in the closet that we could use which was fun! Overall great place, right by tons of restaurants and stores as well as the shoreline.

Very peaceful place to stay and quite close to Kilauea but near the coast too which was the perfect combination for us as we wanted to spend a the day exploring the volcano but also have the warmth of lower elevation and easily stroll to the ocean from our condo. Tom and Christen were very accessible by text and had great suggestions on sights to see and things to do.
