Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Carlos a L'Avana e l'ho trovato molto accogliente, situato in una zona deliziosa della città, perfetta per immergersi nell’atmosfera locale. Pur non essendo una struttura di recentissima costruzione, è comunque ben funzionante e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliato a chi cerca un'esperienza autentica e confortevole.

My friends and I (6 people) felt safe and secure at Tania's house for two weeks. The house staff was polite and always available to help us and kept our stay comfortable. We are grateful for the opportunity to check in early in the morning upon arrival. A pleasant bonus was the presence of WiFi, which nevertheless can work unstable depending on the day of the week and time of day, which is a peculiarity of the work of the Cuban telecom operator. It is impossible not to mention the presence of a large terrace on the roof of the house, where in the evenings you can discuss with friends plans for the coming days of the trip and drink a couple of cocktails.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Mir hat mein Aufenthalt gut gefallen und ich kann es weiterempfehlen.

Amelia y Alfonso son encantadores. Ella es un torbellino de vitalidad. La casa estaba muy limpia y era cómoda y agradable. Muy moderna en su interior y con aire acondicionado y ventiladores para no pasar calor. Amelia nos recomendó lugares para ir a comer por la zona y nos explicó dónde se encontraba la zona WiFi, muy cerca de la casa. La estación central está también muy cerca y también la plaza de la Revolución. Se adaptaron a nuestros horarios sin problema y nos aconsejaron sobre el barrio y a la hora de coger el Viazul que teníamos previsto para el día siguiente.

Diese Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man fühlt sich willkommen und sehr wohl. Wir haben morgens ein Frühstück für ca 6-7 Euro bestellt. Die beiden Damen waren sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Abends kommt ein Nachtportier, der aufpasst. Man hat daher das Gefühl, dass immer jemand da ist, falls man Fragen hat. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Fernando. Er ist der Beste. Rund um die Uhr per whats App erreichbar, jedes Anliegen wird gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Muy buen recibimiento en el alojamiento, muy servicial, limpio todo, lindo y ordenado, me viera gustado pasar más tiempo porque la verdad muy acogedor. Muy recomendable

El espacio de Claudia y Amarilys es un lugar fantástico para pasar días increíbles privados en familia. Aun teniendo unos días de ajetreo personal por un momento especial y familiar, no faltó la preocupación de Claudia y las atenciones exquisitas y siempre oportunas de Amarilys. Amarilys desde el momento cero y hasta que me fui con unas atenciones excelentes, al pendiente de todo, siempre dispuesta para todo lo que pudiese necesitar, extremadamente preocupada y resuelve todo en el acto. Ese gran equipo también está integrado por un conserje que cuida la propiedad en las noches, muy respetuoso, siempre presto a ayudar, al pendiente de todo, su presencia daba más seguridad de la que ya existía en un lugar súper privado, tranquilo y muy especial para el descanso. Linpieza impecable, con todas las condiciones, fácil el acceso y excelente localización. Sin dudas regresaría a casa de Claudia y Amarilys, les agradezco por los días fantásticos que pasé en su casa y por esas atenciones.

La casa es espectacular, es mejor en persona que en la fotos. Amplia, espaciosa y además muy privada. La piscina es sin dudas lo mejor, todos la disfrutamos mucho. Fuimos a pasar unos días con la familia y todos quedamos encantados. Gracias Jaquelin, Laura y Mariano, siempre atentos para los que nos hiciera falta. La recomiendo 100%. Volveremos

El lugar es hermoso, tal como se ve en las fotos, o mejor aun! Está a una distancia perfecta de la playa; lo suficientemente alejado como para ser un lugar super tranquilo, y lo suficientemente cerca como para ir caminando a la playa (15 minutos o menos). El lugar es tan lindo y cómodo que hasta se hace difícil querer salir de allí para irse a la playa! :-) El personal no puede ser más amable! Destaco a Made, una genia, que me ayudó en todo momento y se preocupó para que tenga todo lo que necesitaba y más. El único punto quizás algo débil es que no hay muchos restaurantes por la zona, salvo por unos ranchones en la playa que cierran luego de las 6pm, y unos puestos de pollo asado también en la playa que quedan hasta las 8pm o 9pm, aprox. Pero de todas maneras en la casa ofrecen comida muy rica (aunque yo sólo probé los sandwiches de pollo, que estaban muy bien por el precio!). En resumen, si estás buscando relajarte en un lugar muy lindo y tener una playa cerca, este es tu lugar!

Todo muy bien, muy tranquilo y con una vista inigualable, ideal para descansar y estar muy tranquilo, Mary y las personas que asisten muy amables y te ayudan a resolver todo, cuidando la privacidad y seguridad en todo momento, completamente recomendable.

Ismal was a great host, super communicative and always willing to help. There was maid and security service 24/7 which allowed for us to have a completely stress free stay. The photos of the house do not do any justice for its beauty, the back courtyard was amazing and that's where we spent the majority of our time enjoying the weather. There is a offer for breakfast daily which I highly recommend, well worth the money. All in all, great house and a great stay in Habana could not say anything bad if I wanted to. Only recommendation is to get a temporary sim card at airport when landing. There is Wifi at the house but sometime it is iffy and you will have no service. Thanks again Buddy!

Yenny la propriétaire est très réactive. Toujours très serviable, elle nous a beaucoup aidé à trouver une navette pour Varadero par exemple. Le logement est très bien placé dans la Havane, il est propre et bien agencé. Et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Je recommande vivement ce logement, et remercie sa propriétaire pour sa gentillesse!

Mabel segített minket mindenben, ellátott hasznos tanácsokkal. Későn indult haza a repülőnk, mivel nem érkezett közvetlenül utánunk senki, így a kicsekkolás helyett használhattuk még a szobákat a csomagjaink megőrzésére. Plusz pont, hogy nem volt a szállához reggelink, érkezéskor jeleztem, hogy szeretnénk, és megoldottak nelünk mindent. Mindenkinek ajánlom ezt a szálláshelyet, közel a központhoz.

Excellent Art Deco property which feels like well-preserved Old Havana. While the neighbourhood is noisy, the inside of the building and the apartment are fairly insulated, and you don't hear any noise in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities.

Being familiar with La Habana, this place is really outstanding. Classy, freshly renovated, highly comfortable for local standards. Good vibes too. Sussel's and Teresa's (her assistant) attention and periodical food and cleaning support were an extraordinary plus. Will not hesitate to book again!

Rolando a été un hôte très efficace et toujours à l’écoute, proposant des réponses adaptées et satisfaisantes, son appartement est très bien situé dans la Habana Vieja, avec des nombreux petits magasins et services autour de l’immeuble. L’appartement est très bien agencé et pratique. Il y a se nombreux accessoires dans la cuisine. La petite terrasse offre une vue intéressante sur certains monuments de la Capitale. A noter les climatisations efficaces dans les chambres. Très bon choix pour ceux qui veulent l’authenticité de la Habana Vieja !

Квартира на 3 этаже в многоквартирном доме с лифтом, внизу на входе ночью сидит охранник, на базовом этаже камера, также камера на 3 этаже, Ариадна живет рядом, на 2 этаже, так что всегда готова быстро прийти на помощь. Квартира состоит из общей гостиной и 2 приватных комнат с собственными санузлами. В комнатах кровати, вешалки для одежды, сейфы и ванные комнаты. В гостиной холодильник, а также работающее пианино и большой стол, а также журнальный. Из минусов - в одной комнате в ванной комнате просто не зеркала (непонятно, как так) и в ней же была проблема со сливом воды - вода просто не сливалась, в другой комнате в ванной очень сильно шумит вытяжка. И вообще с тишиной тут проблемы - рядом здания, где куча внешних блоков кондиционеров, поэтому все шумит. Вид из окон - никакой, только в упор на соседние здания, так что никаких видовых фоток не сделаете. В целом, все хорошо.

Want to thank the hosts and staffs Tami, Tay, Maria and Betico for all the help and making us feel so comfortable and welcoming. Tay for helping with money exchange, WiFi, recommendations for places to eat, places to visit and all the informations. Most importantly taxi to and from airport. Maria for shopping and making us breakfast days we needed and asked for. Betico for bringing our heavy luggages up to our apt at arrival and down when we left. Thank you also to the staffs family Sonia, Junior and Magdolis, feasting, eating, drinking and dancing with us one night as we hosted lunch/dinner and them cleaning up the house after. It was so great meeting you all, getting to know you and feel like La Familia during our stay. Everyone in the neighborhood we’ve met, talk to too, we hope you use and enjoy the gifts, meals, spices, medicines and more.
