Welcome to our unique sea house at beautiful Karmøy! With only 50 cm to the sea from the living room window, it can feel like you almost sit on a boat while enjoying food at the kitchen table. With its own quay for fishing (crab, cod, mackerel, lyr), green grass and own parking, this is a gem for most people. With a short distance to both Haugesund, beaches, shops and the airport it is easy to get here and enjoy all the great area has to offer. The cabin is newly renovated in 2020 and is about 40 m2 with loft with 2 bedrooms.

Enjoy nature, swimming, fishing and relaxation. no one will disturb you on Kalland. The cottage is of a good standard, and includes all basic needs. Enjoy yourselves and enjoy our great space.
