nice place ... clean.....spacious... near to town... highly recommended ... everything completed. not suitable for 60 years old and above because all the rooms upstairs. the rest perfect place for big groups.

Nice house

the house was extremely spacious for family,,, very clean and neat, the owner was really kind,,, everything you need was provided,,, even ice and charcoal. the WIFI is fast too. will definitely come again, the price is doubled here, so try to communicate with the owner to get better price

Really near to border. The unit is a house with one bedroom. Equipped with kitchen. Big, super clean and cozy. Super comfortable. Host really nice, helpful and proactive.. thank you for the lovely stay.. Almost forgot, they have swimming pool also...

The place is a bit further from downtown, about 30 minutes, but it's totally okay, as you will get a peaceful resting environment surrounded by greenery in return. A good bathtub for friends to hang out. Definitely will visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The host was incredibly welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.

Great place just outside the centre of hat yai! 5-10 mins away by car. We had our cats with us and it was great for them, plenty of space and a big drive behind gates for them to run around if we wanted to let them out without escaping. The house was clean with a fully functioning kitchen. We had no issues with grab drivers locating us either. Would defo stay again.

The place is very close by to all the tourist place etc lee garden, gim yong market, central hat yai and many more. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and the house is very clean. To be honest for the price i paid it’s really worth it. The owner was very kind as well, to drop us some doughnut on the day of our check out day. A very kind gesture by the owner. Next time if i do come back to Hat yai, Pani house will be my go to place to stay. Two thumbs up to the owner 👍👍
