Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hartbeespoort

Our reservation for the size of our group stay was super! The rooms were huge, private and super neat and clean. The ample bathrooms in the house eases the load and no waiting for others to finish. The entertainment and dining areas were so well planned which makes this house an ideal place for a huge family reunion, group or corporate outing or even a workshop for a small executive group. The kitchen is huge and had lovely amenities. Even the cottage was clean and neat, as our big group of 15 utilized all the facilities. We had a power failure in the house but was quickly attended to and there were daylight alternatives. Housekeeping is right up there.

This place was perfect for me and my family. It matched the description and photos exactly, and Alice and Bob were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The spacious outdoor area was a big highlight—it gave our kids plenty of room to play and provided a fantastic space for a braai. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a lovely time at Sigrid's place. We did struggle a bit to find it (in the dark), and we were warned about arriving after dark, but still felt that there were some key turns where signage could've been helpful. Apart from that, it is a great place to stay, spacious, neat, clean, and private, in a beautiful natural setting. The fireplace outside is also great. We will go back whenever there is another opportunity.

Our stay at Yana’s beautiful 3-bedroom Airbnb was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. She even kindly had fresh flowers for our stay put in. The living areas were spacious and perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. Yana has thought of everything — from a fully stocked kitchen to small, thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, cozy blankets, and local recommendations. The WiFi was strong, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The location was fantastic as well — quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything we needed, from restaurants and cafes to parks and shopping. Rosebank is only 4 mins away by car. Above all, Yana was an outstanding host — responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring about our experience. We had a fantastic stay at this Lembah Kali over the weekend! Maureen and Henri gave us a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home from the start. It was such a pleasure meeting Jen—she shared some of the history of the place, which made the experience even more special. Jen was incredibly helpful and just wonderful all around. The property had everything we needed—well-stocked and thoughtfully set up—so all we had to bring were our personal items and food. The atmosphere was amazing, peaceful, and welcoming, and the place itself is just beautiful. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for getaway. First time trying out airBnB in Joburg. The first thing that caught my attention was the hygiene of the room. It was very clean. The place is very safe and very quiet. It looks exactly like on the picture. The hosts are also very helpful and friendly.

The was one of the best air B&B’s I have stayed at. We were safe and felt at home. My son loved that he could play in the garden. The host was also incredibly accommodating at all times. I would love to go back there again.

What can I say about this place, heaven! I needed a room that will give me a bit of luxury and also space and Uwas place was just that. From the well design flat to clean house with all I needed. Added with a touch of luxury, it’s the place I would go to over and over again.

The place was so neat and beautiful, it was home away from home. I wished to extend my stay while i was there. The host was also helpful and proactive. Never struggled to get anything i wanted.

Paul's place was cozy, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe. Easy uber ride to most things. Paul was communicative and responsive. We had a very nice stay.

I can't fault this accommodation in any way. My husband and I have booked Annemarie's place twice now, and it's become our go-to choice for Pretoria stays. Also, I appreciate how responsive and kind Annemarie is - she's a wonderful host!

Amazing unit with incredible views...

Elize was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing, perfect for anyone needing a break from the hustle and bustle. I especially loved waking up to the quiet mornings and enjoying the calm atmosphere throughout my stay. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s well-maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and you can tell the host really cares about creating a great guest experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a restful getaway with a kind and attentive host. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Anita was an absolute gem of a host! Her place was immaculately clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her communication was prompt and friendly. We felt welcomed and at home, thanks to her warm hospitality. We'd highly recommend staying with Anita to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience!

Very nice accommodation in a peaceful location, close to the river! Kitchen quite well equipped for cooking and a braai area just in front. The Utopia facilities - around a 15 minute walk from the accommodation (or you can easily drive there and park) - including two large pools and putt putt are also very nice. Worth noting that the two bedrooms upstairs are separated only by a curtain (no door) which wasn’t a problem for us (a couple) however might be an issue if you are with a larger family/group. Also might not be the best choice if you are scared of snakes! We encountered a spitting cobra just in front of the chalet, next to our parked car, which moved into the bush once it saw us.

This place is so peaceful, if you are looking for a serene place to relax, out of the city and connect with nature this is the place to be. Anita is such an impeccable host, she constantly checks up on you and is big on communication . The unit has all the necessities you might need during your stay and it's one of the most beautiful in the premises situated close to the flowing river. I will definitely be coming back, we enjoyed ourselves.

The price might be a little steep, we still had a great time!
