The apartment is located in a very good location in a family house. City center on foot about 10 min. Public transport stop right in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.

The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Bezkontaktní příjezd, oplocená zahrada (mazlíčci vítáni), krbová kamna, terasa, gril na dřevěné uhlí, ohniště, toaleta, lednice, vířivka. V blízkosti sjezdovka, rybník, rozhledny, restaurace, obchod. Ideální výchozí místo do Jizerských hor a Českého ráje. Sprcha je pouze letní, venkovní. Teplá voda je pouze ve slunečných dnech. Vířivka celoročně v provozu zdarma vždy od 19 do 20 hodin. Čas lze měnit podle potřeby hostů. Vířivka je na druhé zahradě, která je celá v daný čas rezervována pro hosty.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!
