미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

First of all I stayed with my 4 year old daughter. Lien was a great host, she was very responsive when it comes to replying to all my messages as well as giving the instructions to meet the airport pick up and to get into the room. As other reviewers mentioned , yes indeed the noise was there after 7pm until 11 ish pm, it was quite loud luckily wasn't really bothered my daughter as she was able to sleep through the noise. I didn't expect much since I read the reviews before booking the place. It was exactly as other reviewers described , e.g. a few furniture isn't the same as the photo and because the photo was taken with wide camera angle so then it look bigger . We chose this unit , because we liked the area as it was closed to where I needed to be , and we only use the room to sleep in the night as we spent whole day outside. I could say overall stay was okay.

Super logement pour vivre à Hanoï. À l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville, cet hébergement est idéal. Service ménage, gardien, parking et appareils ménagers parfaits. Petit bémol pour le manque de vaisselle, inconvénient seulement si vous comptez y vivre.

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Location is great, and room matched the pictures. Only complaint might be that it was a little cold and one of the heaters didn’t work very well, but they were quick to remedy and respond.

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

This apartment was the highlight of my stay in Hanoi! (I moved around a bit as I was staying for a while). Truc bach is an ideal location - 3 mins to an incredible sunset view, and generally very close to the old quarter (10 mins by bike). The apartment was so comfortable - the bed was amazing, the shower pressure was in incredible and generally I had the best time. I even extended my stay for three more nights here.

Vivian was an absolutely delightful host: attentive, kind, and always ready to help. She made sure we had everything we needed, from baking utensils to flower vases, and communication was always smooth and straightforward. We stayed for a month, and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for: a cozy little cocoon in Hanoi, tucked away from the chaos of the city center. It offered a beautiful view and was very well connected to the rest of the city by bus. As some reviews have mentioned, the apartment does look a bit older than in the photos, but Vivian let us know she was planning to repaint right after our stay, so it should look even better now! Other than that, we had an amazing time and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much for everything, Vivian: we highly recommend your place!

Alex’s apartment is amazing. Very comfortable bed, awesome bathroom, and great amenities. The pool and gym are great even for a fee they were worth it. Alex is also an amazing host and answered all of the questions we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.

Hoang’s place is fully equipped for all type of travelers. It’s walking distance to malls, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The check-in and check-out process was easy and straightforward. The house is accessible 24/7 and each unit has its own doorbell, which was a plus. There’s also an elevator in the building. We ended up staying at room 302, which is right below & has the same layout as this unit and everything matches the description. For restaurants, I highly recommend checking out Pho Tam and Kumo Ramen in the area (both walking distance). Overall, we had a great stay here and will definitely come back next time we’re in Hanoi.

Perfect in every way! My husband and I had an amazing time in Nhi Kieu’s home. It was prestine clean, very well decorated, it had all the items you may need to stay, be comfortable, cook etc. the space even had a sauna next to the shower and bath tub in the master bathroom. We loved the perfect view with all the greenery and surrounding natures! This was a plus for a couple days of relaxation. I couldn’t find any flaw. Spectacular stay and I would recommend to everyone on airbnb for sure. The host was a great host and was easy to communicate with as well. Great job overall for hospitality and beautiful beauty stay🙏👏🏼👏🏼

Très bonne expérience dans ce logement situé dans le quartier calme de Ba Dinh ! Il est bien adapté pour les séjours longues durées, le petit plus serait davantage d'ustensiles de cuisine : ) Les gardiens et personnel de ménage sont adorables ! Je recommande !

It was easy to enter the apartment by following the instructions sent to us by the host, the apartment was identical to the photos, but we did not notice that the door of the apartment is the same as the elevator, which is something we are not used to because of the sound of using it every time. The apartment lacked some cleanliness (the floor, the smell of the apartment), the bedroom radiator was not working well and turned off by itself at night and turned on the heat instead of the cold, the remote control was not working either. The TV in the living room lacked sound and the kitchen had to move the water heater to the living room to connect it to the electricity. The electric cooker would suddenly turn off and you had to touch the power cord to turn it back on. In addition to the noise of the construction work that was going on in the neighborhood.

Mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất tuyệt tại đây. Phòng sạch sẽ, đúng như mô tả và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí nằm ở khu vực trung tâm nên rất thuận tiện để di chuyển và khám phá Hà Nội. Chủ nhà thân thiện, phản hồi nhanh và hỗ trợ mình rất chu đáo trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Rất hài lòng và có dịp sẽ quay lại

Mình rất hài lòng về chỗ ở này. Phòng đẹp và thoáng mát đủ ánh sáng , buổi sáng ngủ dậy cũng không bị chói mắt quá. Nhà có chỗ để xe máy, vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển lên phố cổ và khu hồ Tây. Và giá cả rất hợp lý phải chăng! Đây là một nơi đáng để lựa chọn nếu bạn đang cần tìm một chỗ ở cho chuyến đi chơi Hà Nội^^

Great apartments! Spent a good time there

Absolutely amazing stay. The interior design was beautiful and very thought through and homely. Water was in the fridge ready for us after a long travel day. Very responsive hosts. very clean. Really great price for the stay and considering its location. 100% recommend.

I stayed there 3 months with my girlfriend and our dog, and everything during the stay went great! Vivian (the host) was super helpful and reactive, and went above and beyond assisting us for everything we needed. Location also is perfect as everything Is in walking distance, the centre is not far but still is not too trafficked. Would definitely stay again! :D
