特别愉快的一次体验，房东姐姐人很好，会尽力提供帮助，回复很及时，会主动提供周边好吃的餐厅参考，推荐的越南粉是本次行程吃到的最好吃的一家！ 房间特别干净，房间内指引也很完善，还有小零食和茶包提供，地理位置也很好，走两步路就是环剑湖，下次有机会的话还来！

I loved staying at this airbnb. Old quarter is a little on the old side but the place we stayed at was clean and had amenities like towels, a hair dryer, cooking utensils and they also have tissues stored. They had a bidet and hot water. It's not a 5 star hotel but if you're looking for a place that's clean, comfortable and a location that's near to everything but not so close to the bustle in old quarter then this is perfect. Hosts are also really nice and very responsive which I appreciated. I would def recommend staying here just as long as you're not super sensitive to noise as sometimes kids play outside and you can hear them but other than that it was pretty calm and we loved our stay.

הנכס נראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות יפה, גדול, נוח ונקי. יש שם כל מה שצריך לחופשה נוחה ואין ספק שהמיקום מושלם ומרכזי מאוד. המארחים היו מאוד נחמדים ענו מהר ועזרו לנו בכל דבר שצריך.

The host was really nice, accommodating, and responsive. The place was clean and located right in the Old Quarter. Lots of great restaurants near by. If you need to schedule car services for pickup/drop off from or to the airport, the host can help you set it up. The drivers that I had were really nice and friendly as well. Overall, I had a great stay and highly recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Da sie direkt an der Beer-Street liegt, war es bis in die Nacht sehr laut, wir konnten allerdings trotzdem gut schlafen und Cindy hatte auch Ohrstöpsel bereitgelegt. Für leichte Schläfer oder Personen, die eine ruhige Lage bevorzugen, ist es wahrscheinlich nicht das Richtige. Wichtig ist ebenso zu erwähnen, dass der Treppenaufgang eng ist und man zwei Stockwerke hoch muss. Das ist allerdings auch bereits in der Beschreibung von Cindy geschildert. Davon, dass das Treppenhaus nicht besonders sauber ist und auch nicht gut riecht, darf man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Das Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit Cindy war super, sie hat immer zügig geantwortet und war freundlich. Gegen eine extra Gebühr war ein Flughafenshuttle und ein früher Check-In möglich. Wir danken Cindy für die gute Organisation. :)

Loved our stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and in such a great location…right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. You really get the best of both worlds: the local charm and easy access to all the tourist spots. 😍😍😍 Big shoutout to the hosts… they were super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. 🥰 Only thing to note: the stairs are steep, so going up and down with luggage was a bit of a workout 😂 Not a big deal for us, but might be a little tough for seniors or anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Hanoi like a local!😍🇻🇳

The location of this accommodation was in the heart of the old quarter above a restaurant which we found is quite common in Hanoi. Being in the heart of the old quarter meant lots of restaurants, things to do, and nightlife. But that also meant loud nights, so it depends on your preference. The accommodation was extremely spacious and comfortable. Two queen beds in one bedroom, a king bed in the other, each with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and sitting area was separate with a great view of the nightlife. The space looked pretty much like the photos. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The check in process was not “self check in” and a little complicated, but Khánh, the person we dealt with, was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. We communicated over what’s-app rather than the Airbnb app. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and loved the desserts at the restaurant below the accommodation. Thank you, Khánh!

Vân was a fantastic host! The flat was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay. The air conditioning was 10/10, the bed was super comfortable and the balcony was great to soak up the atmosphere of Hanoi’s old quarter. Vân was always quick to respond and shared great nearby food recommendations. She knew the area well and gave us helpful tips on how to spend our time. The location was perfect, with plenty of great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, definitely recommend for solo travellers or couples wanting an authentic experience in Hanoi. We wish we had stayed for longer!
