Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the vicinity Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In addition to a TV, games and books are also available in the living area. The kitchen includes microwave and refrigerator as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with bathroom linen. Apart from the nearby motorway connection, the outskirts of the house offer good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. in the neighbouring wildlife park.

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.
