Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in Halle (Westphalia) in a settlement house. Surrounded by fields in a cul-de-sac location, it is very quiet here. The apartment is located on two floors on the first and second floor. In the lower part of the apartment is a small room with a sofa bed on which children or another 3rd person could sleep. From here it goes via a staircase to the second floor. Here is the kitchen with a small dining area, the shower room and the bedroom.

An 85m2 charming old building apartment is waiting for you, with a slightly steep staircase upstairs, with separate entrance and garden, which is completely fenced and has a terrace. Three rooms, kitchen, bathroom are at your disposal. Up to five guests can be accommodated in our cosy apartment. A good basic equipment, including oven and dishwasher, are available in the kitchen. Wi-Fi, TV, music system,books, as well as games are at your disposal.

Nice apartment at the foot of the Teutoburger Forest

Everyone can feel comfortable in our small apartment. The house is located in the green, overlooking the Teutoburg Forest, a meadow and a small pond. The cities of Bielefeld, Gütersloh and Osnabrück can be reached at a distance of 15 - 20 kilometres. In the cities and their surroundings there are many attractions, nice bars and restaurants, historical places, as well as beautiful hiking and recreational opportunities to discover.

The lovingly designed property is located in the attic of a two-family house and is rurally located. The entire attic is used solely by our guests. Shopping by car can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Public transport can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes on foot. By car, it's 10-15 minutes to Bielefeld city.
