You can swim and fish in the lake, while having proximity to shopping at Gekås in Ullared. The house offers 4 bedrooms, a newly renovated kitchen, several dining areas as well as a spacious living room. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a deck. Please note that there is a garden pond on the property and several ponds in the immediate area. Landlord does not take responsibility for any accidents related to the ponds

The house is located next to a lake that is excellent for swimming and fishing. There is also forest just around the corner with several hiking trails and nice berry and mushroom areas. There is a hefty plot with room for play, and a big trampoline! Or come to enjoy the tranquility and tranquility, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Canoe to the islands on the other side of the lake, swim from the bath stone or in the wood-fired bathtub, read a book in the hammock, chill on the terrace, pick mushrooms, make dinner and read a book while looking out at the lake. All windows have lake views in all directions.

Rental of nearby canoes with the ability to paddle through the Suseån to the sea where there is also a rich bird and wildlife. 10 km to Falkenberg, 8 km to Skrea beach. 1 hour drive to Gothenburg and 1 hour to Helsingborg where the ferries depart to Helsingør.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
