Beachfront holiday rentals in Halki

Byli jsme ubytovaní v době velkého požáru. Hostitel s námi velmi dobře a rychle komunikoval a dodával informace o stavu požáru. Přivezl nám i vodu, když byly obchody díky této situaci zavřené. Hostitel příjemný. Ubytování odpovídá fotkám. Bylo uklizeno. Jediné s čím jsme se potýkali, byla hromada mravenců a schránka na klíče,která nešla otevřít.

Absolutely perfect. I couldn't recommend this place more. Firstly, Maria was responsive and helpful, met us to hand over the keys in Rhodes and was wonderful and friendly. She gave us lots of lovely goodies to enjoy (homemade honey, oil and marmalade!) too - not to mention the care package that waited for us when we arrived too! The place itself is gorgeous. Very easy to find but private and set back from the main harbour, but overlooking it with a stunning view. The sunsets are beautiful and it's a short walk into town. It's well equipped for cooking and dining, the rooms are comfortable and welcoming, and beautifully decorated. I couldn't find one fault in the whole experience. If you want the perfect place to explore Symi, you have found it.

Perfekter Familienurlaub: Gennadi liegt ca. 1 Stunde von Rhodos Stadt entfernt im Süden der Insel. Somit weit entfernt von den vielen Touristen. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Es ist Kies und Badeschuhe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Unsere Kinder sind aber viel barfuß gelaufen und das war auch gut. Wir hatten den Strand im Oktober für uns allein, so viel Ruhe, so ein Luxus! Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen: Altstadt von Rhodos Stadt (1 Stunde), Akropolis von Lindos (30 Min), Tsambika (45 Min), Charaki (30 Min), Burg von Monolithos und Fourni Strand (45 Min), Sieben Quellen (45 Min). Alles ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Viele weitere Strände sind in der Nähe. In Gennadi waren wir mehrmals bei Mamas Kitchen essen, dort gibt es sehr gutes Essen und es ist sehr kinderfreundlich dort. Die Kommunikation mit Alexandros war schnell und sehr freundlich, danke für den Wein bei unserer Ankunft! Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen, vor allem wegen des tollen Strandes!

Alkmini’s place was traditional and charming. We felt so at home. The location was the best in town we felt and such beautiful views the only thing that could beat the views were Alkmini’s father he welcomed us and suggested great places to eat and was super helpful.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile a Rodi soggiornando presso la splendida Villa The Nahla. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, immersa nel verde e a pochi passi dal mare, ci ha permesso di godere appieno della natura circostante. La villa ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa, rivelandosi ancora più bella di quanto mostrassero le foto. Gli spazi ampi e ben curati erano ideali per la nostra famiglia, con due bambine piccole di 3 e 1 anno, che hanno potuto giocare in sicurezza nel giardino. Una piacevole sorpresa è stato il tavolo da ping pong professionale, io e mia moglie ci siamo divertiti moltissimo a sfidarci in partite serali. La vicinanza al mare è stata impagabile, abbiamo spesso passeggiato la sera in riva al mare ammirando il cielo stellato, sono state serate che porteremo sempre nel cuore. Consigliamo vivamente Villa The Nahla a chi cerca una vacanza rilassante e autentica a Rodi.

Top Lage direkt am Meer. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Wasser und die Nachbarinseln. Ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Wegen der Steine sind Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. Zum Glück war die Kitesurfsaison vorbei und der Wind nicht mehr so stark wie im Sommer. Das Haus ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles steht zur Verfügung. Sehr sichere Umgebung. Grossartig war Ioannis als Superhost. Immer schnell erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir durften früher einchecken und viel später auschecken da unser Flug erst am Abend startete. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Leontios zu Gast. Es ist ein herrliches Haus in einzigartiger Lage direkt am Meer. Einfach grossartig. Der Empfang von Leontios Vater war wieder sehr herzlich und er hat uns kurz alles gezeigt - wir kannten es ja bereits. Die Familie hat während des Winters einiges neu gemacht (neuer Grillplatz) usw. Jetzt ist es noch perfekter als vorher. Der Grill ist direkt bei der Terrasse und wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Alles ist makellos sauber und hochwertig. Während des Aufenthalts wurde uns sogar die Zwischenreinigung angeboten! Einfach sensationell. Die Lage wenige Meter vom Zentrum des Dörfchens entfernt ist ebenfalls perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss kurz bummeln, einkaufen und im Restaurant einkehren. Wenige Meter entfernt hat es unterschiedliche Restaurants. Alles war einfach perfekt - wir können es uns nicht besser vorstellen! Die Lage war für uns absolut genial wir haben jeweils ein Auto gemietet und erkunden die Insel. Danke an Leontios und Familie!

Christos ve Thanasis gerçekten harika birer ev sahipleri. Ev, adanın güneyinde yer alıyor, çok sessiz ve huzurlu bir bölgede. Şehir merkezine arabayla 1.30 saat uzaklıkta fakat yakınlarda yemek yenecek çok güzel tavernalar var. Araçla çeşitli plajları keşfedebilirsiniz, eve yürüme mesafesinde çok sakin bir plaj var, tek dezavantajı çakıl olması. Ev fotoğraflarda görünenden daha güzel. İlk defa deneyimlediğimiz Rodos adası tatilimizi büyük bir keyif ve mutlulukla sonlandırdık. Ev sahiplerinin misafirperverliği kusursuzdu, tekrar gelmek için can atıyoruz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Super schöne Villa. So wie auf den Bildern. Überall Mückenschutz im Fenster. Genialer Pool. Traumhafter Blick. Waren im Oktober hier (2 Erw. und 2 Kinder) - wunderbares Badewetter und menschenleerer Strand. Empfehle Badeschuhe, da Kiesstrand. Trotz der himmlischen Ruhe noch tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung geöffnet. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man per Auto unterwegs ist. Super Kontakt mit dem Vermieter… rundherum ein perfekter Ort, um sich wohl zu fühlen! Ganz herzlichen Dank - wir empfehlen es gern weiter. Andrea & Familie

The place is amazing. Even bettet that in photos! Spacious, clean. The house had everything we needed to make our five-person family feel like home. The location is 10 min away with the car from the nearest city, so it's a calm and private place. Pool was cooled so even in the hot days you can always refresh. The pool's 1.5 m depth makes it ideal for families with young children or for people who are not proficient swimmers. Owner, Stefanos, was very kind and welcoming. Suggested places to shop, eat, and see among other things. He left us some snacks, wine and cooled water.

Très chouette séjour à la villa Costa Gennadi, nous étions 6, la maison est très bien équipée, la proximité avec la plage est parfait, et l’emplacement en général est parfait pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les zones agglomérées de touristes, nous allions dîner dans le village à 15min à pied et la plage était quasi à nous (très peu de monde, parfois personne). Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet Airbnb 🙂

Urlaub in der Villa Marqua bedeutet Entspannung und Erholung von der ersten Sekunde an. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten in seiner farbenfrohen Blütenpracht hat uns jeden Morgen erfreut. Dieses typisch griechische Haus mit seiner liebevollen und individuellen Einrichtung vermittelt sofort das Gefühl, nicht bei Fremden, sondern bei Freunden zu sein. Besonders der Vermieter Martis hat uns durch seine herzliche und hilfsbereite Art gleich das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Unser nächster Griechenland-Urlaub wird definitiv wieder in der Villa Marqua sein!

Ein Traumurlaub in Gennadi! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa direkt am Strand! Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Das Highlight war definitiv der große, private Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und idyllisch, aber gleichzeitig nur etwa 1200 Meter vom netten Dorf Gennadi entfernt, wo man gemütlich essen oder einkaufen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank!

Katerina owns a beautiful villa and you couldn’t look for any better! There is everything you need in the villa and you can easily spend your days chilling by the pool and walking to the beach. I would recommend hiring a car if staying in this Airbnb as it is in a quiet village - this was exactly what we were looking for! Katerina was an extremely responsive host and could not have been more helpful. She was easily reachable and happy to help with everything.

Je recommande tout particulièrement ce superbe appartement, tout d’abord pour sa situation idéale sur le port de Chalki. On ne peut se lasser d’admirer le magnifique panorama - les îles proches de la côte et Rhodes au loin. L’aménagement intérieur a su conserver l’aspect authentique de la maison tout en offrant le confort nécessaire. Séjourner sur l’île de Chalki est une expérience bien agréable. Enfin je voudrais souligner, non seulement l’écoute, la réactivité et la gentillesse de notre hôte, mais également son extrême implication car il a pris beaucoup de peine afin de nous trouver un passage sur un bateau le jour de notre arrivée. This was the third time we stayed at Sophia’s beautiful home, and we loved it just as much as before. It was such a special place to great ready on the morning of my wedding on Halki. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend such a special time anywhere else on the island. Thank you again Sophia!

we are a couple who like to travel always. last ten years every summer we spend some weeks at dodecanese islands. we stayed very good houses and hotels. But Zoe's home was the best place we stayed. the house have a sprit. Decoration gorgeous, house design lovely. historical house in a new summer house design. perfect. We spend a week in chalki. last 3 day was at Zoe's house. And after discover her house we left going to the beach:) Because it is lovely to swim in front of the house. Or drink a cup a wine watching sunset. And Zoe i think she is a talente designer. And i believe this house must be one of the airbnb design house soon. We didnt see Zoe, but Haris, Panos helped us and Zoe was ready on the phone for all the questions. She left for us some snacks, wine, cafe and everthing. the house was a like perfect luxury boutique apart. At the end, we hope to came back to Chalki again and the only place to stay in our mind is Zoe's house.

This was the perfect getaway! The house is in an amazing location, right next to the sea, so we enjoyed stunning views throughout our stay. The spacious layout made it feel like a true home away from home, with plenty of room to relax. Both the terrace and balcony were incredible spots to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. Michail was friendly, helpful, and very flexible, accommodating all of our needs with ease. He even went above and beyond by bringing us fresh pastries from the local bakery, which was such a thoughtful touch! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!

Ένα πανέμορφο Σπίτι αξίζει όλα τα λεφτά του. Δίπλα από παραλίες που είναι προσβάσιμες από όλα τα σοκάκια της περιοχής. Πεντακάθαρα Νερά για να κολυμπήσεις. 2 λεπτά στο κέντρο της πλατείας και 10 λεπτά στην παραλία Πονταμος. Η Κατερίνα ήταν μια μεγάλη βοήθεια σε ότι ζητήσαμε την ευχαριστώ.

The house was fantastic, preserving its traditional identity while offering all modern comforts. The hosts and all the staff were extremely kind and took care of us throughout our stay. The double bed was incredibly comfortable, the bed linens were spotlessly clean and fragrant, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room of the house was elegantly furnished with great taste. The guest enjoys every moment spent inside the house. I felt like I was living in a utopia. Τhe charm of the hosts was simply unbeatable. They had a warmth and hospitality that made our stay even more unforgettable. With the certainty that each house they manage is unique and magical, we decided to return again and again, exploring every corner of their irresistible beauty. From the moment we crossed the threshold, we knew we were in good hands Moreover, everything is conveniently located nearby, including taverns, supermarkets, and idyllic beaches. The money paid is definitely worth it and more.

We absolutely loved our time in this jewell of a place. The view was gorgeous, looking over this beautiful bay right from the sun loungers. The outside eating area was perfect too. The villa is small but perfectly formed, didn’t feel too crowded with the 5 of us. The local beach is ideal for young families, shallow plus sandy. Giota the host was a delight. I was genuinely sad to leave, wish I had booked longer!

Me and my family stay at Villa Catingo for 4 nights. The place was just amazing with authentic Greek spirit and colors. The hostess Stemi send a man to help us with the baggage. On the next day Stemi welcomes us. She was a friendly and helpfull in a Greek way and even gives us homemade cookies. We feld at Villa Catingo like at home. Strongly recommended!
