The quiet apartment is located in Prem. Prem am Lech is located on the border of the Ostallgäu in the Upper Bavarian Pfaffenwinkel in the middle of a wonderful alpine upland landscape. There are numerous swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity. Your 84 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a private balcony. Layout: kitchen-living room, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower, toilet.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Castle view- Cozy apartment in the attic

Charming & comfortably furnished attic apartment with high ceilings, exposed beams, sunny west balcony, fireplace and open living/dining area families suitable. Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
