With three massive bedrooms and classic interiors, there is ample space for your entire group to unwind in privacy and comfort.

Wake up to the sound of birdsong and the aroma of fresh plantation coffee. Our stunning red-brick arched verandah, complete with a lazy hammock, opens directly onto a manicured lawn. It is the perfect spot to watch the mist roll over the pepper vines while you sip your morning brew.
​🔥 Evenings by the Fire & Pond
As the sun sets, the property transforms. Walk down our illuminated stone pathways to the edge of our private natural pond. Gather around the custom-built stone fire pit for bonfires and stargazing, or fire up the premium kettle BBQ grill for an alfresco dinner under the night sky.
​🎉 Play & Party
We take entertainment seriously. Challenge your friends to a match at our covered Table Tennis arena, or head to the outdoor lounge. Equipped with disco lighting, comfortable couches, and swings, this space is ready to turn into your private dance floor or a chill-out zone for late-night conversations.

Guest access
You have full access to the 3 Bhk house, the patio and around the pond, however swimming in the pond is not allowed. you can also go around the plantation without crossing boundaries.

Other things to note
We have 4hrs of power backup on the UPS, 3 hrs of generator backup. Incase of prolonged power cuts Generator will be switched on in 3hr operation + 1 hr rest mode until midnight.
