Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gwonseon-gu

We arrived late at night and were immediately in awe of how beautiful the hanok looked! It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, offering a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. A welcome tray of Korean snacks and tea was a thoughtful touch. The hosts were excellent—communicative, helpful with arranging airport transport, and even assisted with our luggage on the last day. We truly wished we had booked a longer stay! A few small suggestions to improve the experience: a full-length mirror both upstairs and downstairs, a small bin in the toilet, hooks and shelves in the shower/sink area, and a door (instead of a curtain) for better privacy. An iron and ironing board would also be a welcome addition. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hanok to anyone looking to enjoy a more traditional Korean stay without sacrificing comfort.

booked the place mainly because of the vibes from the photos and happy to know that they're exactly the same as shown on this site. i love how it's located near to mangwon market and also many other cafes and cute shops surrounding. about 7-8 min walk to the subway station and also very close to hongdae. just need to note that there's no elevator and they only provide small-sized towels (but many of them!). not a problem for us but just a fyi note. love the place, overall would recommend for young group of friends!

Perfect location and close to station so we could get around very easily. Appreciate this as we used Arex trains and metros. Loved the location as there was a grocery near by, coffee and even food places. and the home had everything we needed from kitchen, washer/dryer and space was sufficient for 5 people. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing 7-day stay at Juyoung’s place in Seoul! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and super comfortable — everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was great, and the space felt just like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the accessible rooftop, which felt straight out of a K-drama! It was the perfect spot to chill, relax, and take in the city vibes. Juyoung was also a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful and well kept and well decorated traditional Hanok. Outstanding and very responsive and friendly host who respected privacy well. Laundry, house and yard keeping including bed making, and large daily Korean multicourse delicious "breakfast" (more like a large lunch or dinner) that varied each day was included. The breakfast lasted us until dinner and provide a great glimpse at traditional Korean food of all types. The Hanok was perfectly quiet, with all the amenities, and very private. The location was great and within easy walking distance of many shops, excellent restaurants and cafes, a large local market, historic sites and two palace complexes and the metro and bus stations. We would highly recommend staying here.

Love that the place was situated right in the middle of the iconic shopping area of Seongsu, so it's walkable to all the must-visit stores and restaurants. It's also a < 5-minute walk to Ttukseom station, making it a breeze to travel to places like Myeongdong, Hongdae and more. Hana's place was comfortable and felt homely with all the right amenities. She's friendly and proactive in reaching out, sharing local spots around the area and offering an early bag drop off which eased our travelling around before check-in by a lot.

Le logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons adorés la localisation bien desservie par les transports (bus/metro), avec différents commerces de proximités. Également, la maison est super bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Le seul bémol serait les finitions de la maison qui laisse à désirer : moisissure sous la porte de la salle d’eau, de la poussières sous les lits au sol, un extérieur peu entretenu. Mais cela n’enlève rien au charme de la maison et tous les équipements restent fonctionnels et les fournitures propres (draps, serviette etc). Le service de COSE est incomparable. Il est excellent et a rendu notre séjour génial. Je recommande à 100% ce logement pour le rapport qualité/prix, l’espace de la maison, ses équipements et le service de COSE.

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

방이 아주 넓어 편안했습니다. 침대와 책상 이외에도 상당히 넓은 공간이 제공되어 쾌적합니다. 화장실과 욕실을 단독으로 사용할 수 있으며, 아주 청결하게 괸리되어 있습니다. 주방과 냉장고 식탁을 자유롭게 이용할 수 있으며, 게스트를 위해 식탁에 항상 간식 거리를 준비해 놓아 두십니다. 아침 식사 시간을 미리 확인하셔서 시간 맞춰 식사 할 수 있도록 준비해 주십니다. 제가 있는 동안에는 한국식 식사를 융숭하게 주셨습니다. 주차를 편안하게 할 수 있고, 호스트와 함께 가면 가까운 곳의 헬스클럽과 사우나도 이용할 수 있다고 합니다. 시설이 아주 좋다고 하셨는데 저는 이용하지는 않았습니다. 에어 비앤비 이용이 처음이라 3일만 예약을 했었으나 만족스러워 남은 5일의 추가 체류 일정도 이 숙소에서 머물기로 하고 일정을 연장했습니다.

Here is very comfortable place. There are happy family. So I can stay happily also. I recommend this place.

급하게 일주일 정도 머물렀는데, 어떤거 하나 부족함 없이 매우 편안하게 지냈어요! 호스트님도 정말 친절하시고 무엇보다 불편하지 않게 세심하게 신경써주셔서 좋았습니당ㅎㅎ 주차도 문제 없고 근처에서 머무실 일 있으면 무조건 추천드려요~~👍👍

I stayed here for 3 days, the Eco Stay felt as comfortable as home. The room, living room, and bathroom were all kept clean and bright. Although there was no TV, there was a lovely cat named "Sarang." He is so adorable. The living room is spacious, making it perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up for those sensitive to light—the room curtains do let some light in, but wearing an eye mask wasn't a big deal for me. Although the location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions (there's actually Seoul Land nearby), as a traveller, I would say that if you want to relax and experience local culture, this is definitely a great choice! Not to mention, the host is incredibly friendly,engaging and stunning. She also helped with breakfast every day, which was a special and delicious Korean breakfast. Where you can find such great service? Thank you again for your hospitality I hope to see you again! 🫶🏻

It was so neat and friendly place to take a sleep. The shower room is far away tho. Keep this in mind that this place is kinda guest house with a curtain as a door of your private space. Good and fair price I think.

The room and the apartment are nice, just as the neighborhood. There is a supermarket just across the street, a nice walk alongside a river nearby and a bus stop that gets you to Kyung Hee University in no time. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Thanks again!

정말 깔끔하고 내집처럼 편안하며 아늑해서 며칠 머무는동안 아주 꿀잠잤어요 호스트의 섬세한 배려가 돋보였고 순둥순둥 귀여운 강아지 보리는 덤이었어요 정갈하게 정돈된 편안한 침대, 화장대 그리고 필요한 모든것이 갖춰진 욕실, 하루의 피로를 풀어주던 맛사지 체어 모든것들이 완벽했구요 안전한 시스템을 갖춘 최상의 에어비앤비 숙소였어요 차량등록도 해주셔서 주차도 편리했구요 호스트분께 진심으로 감사한 마음 전합니다~~

숙소는 아름다웠습니다. 모든 방과 침대 시트들은 청결했습니다. 식기, 타월 등 모든 것이 충분하고 고급스러웠습니다. 바베큐 불은 바로 고기를 구울 수 있도록 미리 작업을 해서 준비해 주셨습니다. 이렇게 준비 해 주시는 곳은 처음 경험합니다. 보통는 불이 고기를 구울 수 있는 상태가 되도록 연기를 마시면서 기다려야 했었는데 말이죠. 아침은 계란후라이, 빵 2종, 샐러드, 햄, 치즈 2종, 크림치즈, 바질페이스트, 잼, 커피등이었는데 왠만한 고급 호텔 수준이었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트이신 경선님께서 편하게 묵을 수 있도록 배려해 주셨습니다. 함께 갔던 일행들은 너무나 만족했습니다. 잘 지내고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

住宿体验感超级好，位于居民区晚上很安静，小猫也很可爱～房间就和照片上一摸一样，房东中文很好！！完全不用担心语言交流，人非常非常好，有问题都可以找他联系，希望今年圣诞老人可以实现你的愿望🛗

Le logement etait impeccable et l'hôte tres sympathique, toujours disponible et tres réactif pour nous conseiller ou nous aider. Les nuits ont été tres calmes et reposantes, et le logement est proche du métro (~10 minutes de marche). Le logement a un style traditionnel, donnant une atmosphère plutot mignonne.

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

had a comfortable stay during our trip! the host has a manual for all the instructions we’d need in the place which is really helpful. the place is also clean

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
