Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gwangmyeong-si

I loved my stay here! The view alone makes it worth it. The host was very responsive and also friendly. We had an issue with the AC and she was quick to buy a fan and send it over within an hour to make sure we were not left hot. The place is decorated nicely and perfect for couples to stay at. I loved the place so much that I wanted to just spend a day in bed with netflix and enjoy the panoramic view of Seoul. The location is very nice and has an underground connection to Seoul Station and you can easily navigate around the city. I would recommend this place!

출장 겸 휴식차 1박을 머물렀습니다. 침실과 주방이 분리된 동선이 깔끔했고, 욕실은 실내에 두면서도 세면대를 밖으로 배치한 독특한 구조 덕분에 호텔 스위트룸처럼 세련되고 편리했습니다. 전면 통창으로 들어오는 자연광과 아늑한 인테리어, 포근한 호텔급 침구가 어우러져 집보다 편안한 시간을 보냈습니다. 세탁기와 건조기가 완비돼 장기 투숙에도 좋을것 같아보였어요. 호스트님이 제공해 주신 무료 주차권 덕분에 차량 주차가 모두 스트레스 없이 해결되었습니다. 평촌역·대형마트·중앙공원·로데오거리 등이 모두 걸어서 5분 이내라 차 없이도 생활이 가능해 위치 또한 완벽했습니다. 다음 일정이 생기면 무조건 다시 예약할 만큼 만족도가 높았던 숙소입니다.

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

El lugar es espectacular, con una viste tremenda, muy bien organizado y super tranquilo. Realmente es una experiencia única que volveria a repetir si algún dia volviera a Seul. Todo era de calidad y muy asthetic, un placer a la vista.

The location is so easy to get to by airport bus and the place had so many amenities like laundry, dryer, microwave, water heater, etc. The hosts were very friendly and responsive! I had a great time and hope to visit again. ^^

What a beautiful space! Lindsey was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed as well as working with our traveling schedule. The space had all the basic amenities and more! There's a food market near by for grocery shopping and restaurants and cafes all around. Would definitely come again to escape the city

This was honestly a dream location. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was beautiful and immaculate while still feeling cozy and very much like home. Hosu is very kind and offered excellent recommendations for not only restaurants but historical sites and experiences as well. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to South Korea.

除了远出行不方便，不好打车，有行李会不方便，因为没电梯，其它这个民宿几乎没缺点，老板真的细致，连卷发棒都有备，人也很好，随时替你解答问题，但凡地点佳一点，可能这个价格也住不了，房子是真优，地点也是真不方便

가기 전엔 골목 안쪽 외진 곳일까봐 걱정했는데 너무 찾기 편한 곳이었어요. 호스트분 너무 친절하시고 숙소는 여럿 머무르기 아주 쾌적했습니다. 바로 옆에 시장 있고 동네마트도 있어서 과일이며 간식이며 사다 먹기도 편했어요.

결혼식에 참석하기 위해 멀리서 온 가족들이 이틀 동안 묵었습니다. 전철역에서 도보 4분 거리에 있어 대중교통으로 접근이 용이한 숙소입니다. 또 집 앞에 자동차 2대를 편하게 주차할 수 있었어요. 전원마을에 위치해 있어 주변이 매우 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 정원은 아기자기하게 꾸며져 있고 색색의 꽃이 아름다웠어요. 집은 거실과 주방, 2개의 화장실, 3개의 방이 넓고 사용하기 편리했습니다. 침구와 수건은 깨끗하게 세탁되어 있으며, 필요한 물건들이 찾기 쉬운 곳에 정리되어 있습니다. 식기는 세련되고 고급스러우며 작은 소품들과 식물, 꽃들이 감동을 주었습니다. 결혼식에 참석한 저녁, 집 근처 카페에 들러 차를 마시고, 주변을 산책하며 여유를 만끽할 수 있었어요. 가까이에 맛집과 카페, 편의점이 있어 편리했어요. 호스트의 정성과 배려가 곳곳에서 느껴지며 매우 쾌적하고 아름다운 최고의 숙소입니다.

집에 굉장히 공을 많이 들이신것 같습니다 너무 좋았어요!! 청결은 당연히 최고수준에 가구들 다 비싼제품이고 스타일러, 커피머신, 오락실 게임기까지.. 게다가 에어컨 리모컨 혹시 고장날 경우를 대비해서 여분에, 설명서, 건전지까지 모든 대비를 다 해두셔서 아주 편안했습니다!

Alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen - übertraf sie sogar. Unsere Gastgeberin ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar & zeigt sich außergewöhnlich großzügig. Wir durften viel früher als geplant einchecken. Check-in-Anleitung ist sehr präzise. Wir trafen die Haushälterin, die unglaublich herzlich & offen war. Zunächst wirkten die Betten hart, sie waren überraschend bequem. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber & wir hatten Zugang zu Reinigungsmitteln wie Staubsauger & Waschmaschine. Ein besonderes Highlight, das wir in Deutschland selten finden, war die Toilette mit Bidetfunktion. Sie spülte & trocknete mich nach dem Toilettengang - ein geniales Gerät! Die Lage war ideal, mitten im koreanischen Leben & dennoch unglaublich ruhig, mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür. Einzige MiniProblem, das wir hatten, war, herauszufinden, wohin mit dem Müll. Vielleicht habe ich auch etwas in der Beschreibung übersehen. Fazit: Fantastischer Aufenthalt, der eine 7 SterneBewertung verdient.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

Apartment is clean, good for a small family. Near the main Hongdae area within walking distance. Host is very responsive and helpful, even at late hours. Located in an old building so there are no lifts, but the unit is just a short flight of steps up.

An absolutely amazing Airbnb stay. Host was so welcoming and even came to the Airbnb to greet us and help us. The Airbnb is in a perfect location right near the station and a short walk to the famous hongdae Street. The airbnb has everything you need and it is clean and tidy. It looks amazing in person and we felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone staying in Seoul. Will surely stay here again when returning to Korea. Host was amazing and very helpful. We loved our stay at the loft! Thank you Heezin for being quick and available even for questions not related to the accommodation. The apartment could not be better prepared for visitors, everything is available and high quality and beautiful. The view on one side is city lights and reaches all the way to Seoul Tower, on the other side is the green bamboo clad mountain. Which you by the way can walk up, there are walk ways up the mountain right next doors. We loved the neighbourhood and its low key hipster vibe. It’s a lived-in place, and all conveniences are available. People are lovely. Bus 9 takes you down the mountain to town and to the shops if you feel the elevation is challenging. Departs every ten minutes from next door. You should take care if you are really tall, since the apartment is in levels and you risk bumping your head on the loft platform. Nothing would make us hesitate to come back! Hopefully we will be able to in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace & Gyeongbokgung subway station (Line 3). The host is really accommodating, very much willing to help and easy to communicate with. Things we liked best: 1. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, near a police station and main road. 2. The place is a few doors away from a Nice 2cu store, very convenient for urgent runs for essentials. 3. So close to Sejong Food Village. 4. The apartment is well taken care of, every corner is neat and clean. Beddings are comfy and homey. 5. Household appliances are complete. 6. With provided bathroom amenities: towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair blowers. House slippers are ample too! 7. Water heater is centralized and works well. Strong water flow for both taps and shower. 8. The size of the place was more than enough for us (5 pax). Would also be nice for family w/ kids. 9. Umbrellas are available for careful use. Only challenge: The unit is about 2 flights of stairs up. Need extra caution when carrying heavy
