Apartment holiday rentals in Gungahlin

We felt very relaxed at Matthew’s place. Bed and sofa bed both comfy. Everything clean and uncluttered. We wished we had time to spend in the infinity pool and landscaped area on the 5th floor as it looked great. Our only problem was that the dishwashing detergent and tea towels and kitchen cloths were missing.

Amy’s apartment was exactly as described. The location is fantastic, easily walkable to many restaurants and cafes as well as a good supermarket. The apartment is spacious, stylish, well designed and fitted out with everything you would need. Highly recommended. Would be pleased to stay here again.

A great place to stay and within walking distance to GIO Stadium, which was super convenient as we were watching a soccer game there.

was a perfect location- was a little bit of confusion when getting access to the building but was great once we sorted it out. Had a lovely gym, pool was unfortunately closed when we were there. But overall was lovely, very close to west fields and beautiful view of the lake.

Brandon was an excellent host providing clear instructions from the get go with proactive communication. The place upon entry felt clean and smelt clean and was well looked after. Coffee and milk amenities were available which was perfect for the early mornings however if you need a Woolworths and restaurants they were right downstairs making the location very desirable. Many thanks again! We will be returning on our next visit.

April is an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond for us. We encountered an unexpected situation that required us to extend our stay by an additional night, and April seamlessly arranged this for us at the last minute without any hesitation. Her care, understanding, and outstanding organisation made what initially felt like an impossible situation remarkably smooth and stress-free. She provided clear instructions and all the additional details we needed, ensuring everything was handled with ease. We are incredibly grateful for her support and cannot thank her enough for her kindness and dedication.

Our stay was very comfortable, felt at home. The location of the apartment is great with beautiful views. Everything that we needed was provided for. We were thrilled to have our pet stay with us which made our get away more enjoyable. The hosts (Ivy and Kevin) were very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be coming back!

Amy’s apartment in Lyneham was a gorgeous, peaceful and incredibly well kept place to stay! Amy and her team were responsive and very helpful during our stay. The ammenities were lovely and it was a very central location with easy access to public transport as well as parking available. We would stay here again!

I stayed one night in this unit and loved it! The view was awesome — perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was easy, and the location was convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!

Millie and Massimo's apartment was in a prime location for our family trip to celebrate our son's birthday at Manuka Oval for the footy and they were very easy to communicate with. The apartment was easy to access, spotless, and had great amenities, space and streaming options. Icing on the cake was the array of dining options at our doorstep which meant we didn't need to cook (Public House, Antica Ricetta worth a visit, although all dining options looked appealing and busy)! To top it off, there is easy access to a games room where pool and ping pong kept the kids entertained every day! Coles is a stone's throw away and the icecream shop across the road was a hit with the little one. While the weather wasn't the best, we still managed a comfortable walk (we also have a 5yo) to Kingston Foreshore for brekky one day, and on the way home played in Talopea Park where there is a cute playground. We highly recommend Mille and Massimo's place!

The apartment was beautifully appointed with quality fittings and appliances. Lovely view from the balcony. Everything that was needed was provided - extra linen, washing machine/dryer, powder etc , pegs, air dryer, coffee machine , all bathroom necessities, huge wardrobe with loads of hanging space and hangers, internet, parking - in fact a home away from home.

This place is beyond perfect! So clean and super comfy beds. Personal touches of a fruit bowl were very thoughtful. Thank you we will definitely be back!

This is my third Canberra stay in as many months, and I was grateful to be welcomed to this apartment in person by the most friendly, responsive and fun host. The property is luxe - gorgeous styling, the comfiest bed and all the amenities you need. It’s close to excellent restaurants and a five minute walk to Lake Burley Griffin and the Russell precinct. With secure onsite parking and its easy-access location this property is perfect for a working trip or somewhere to stay to explore this lovely city. I will hope to stay again at Italo’s property and highly recommend it to any traveller to Canberra.

We stayed at Ruth’s Airbnb for 5 nights. It was the perfect stay for us as we were ‘working from home’ 2 days and with the workstation properly set up in the apartment, it really helps us to work efficiently. The apartment is well equipped with all the high technology features and essentials that you can think of. The location is superb as it is just right opposite of Canberra Centre shopping mall and steps away from best coffee in town called ‘Bedst’. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anyone who’s visiting Canberra to stay here.

We totally enjoyed our overnight stay at Jessica’s place. It is very accessible to other places of interest, grocery is just on the ground floor of the building so if you need somwthing its so easy to get it. The place is clean and tidy. Everything you will need is available in the kitchen and linens. There are 2 heaters and an extra portable heater that kept us cosy on Canberra’s very cold temperature. Thank you!

This place was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, and having the bunk bed in the living room was really fun. It made it much more of an exciting sleepover experience, and the curtain was great to close when it was time to actually sleep. Nice food places directly outside the building, including coffee, yay! Kind of wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities of the building,m. Maybe next time!

Perfect apartment for our week long trip. I’d say it’s one of the most central spots in Canberra. The apartment has incredible views, it’s spacious and we felt right at home here.

We had a great stay! The apartment was warm and ready for us on arrival, which made us feel welcome right away. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the chocolates, complimentary snacks, and fresh fruit. The double parking space was super convenient, especially for a family trip. Sebastian was very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience—highly recommend!
