This semi-detached house is part of the living area of our farm (dairy farm), and is located on a cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath). This gives you an unobstructed view over the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.

In the middle of the hill country of beautiful Dutch South Limburg, this old half-timbered pub is located in the center of the cozy village of Mechelen. Mechelen is a part of the municipality of Gulpen-Wittem. Within walking distance are shops, pubs and restaurants and beautiful walks and bike rides start from the garden. Next to the house is the oldest pub of the village, with a backyard that borders mine.

The building is part of a 17th-century carré farmhouse. In 2023, it was completely renovated, in which many authentic elements were restored.
