From this centrally located cozy vacation home, everything is within easy reach. A supermarket and cafe next door or the bakery and various restaurants within walking distance. There are also plenty of hiking and cycling routes starting directly from your vacation home, and you can store your bike behind the locked gate. In the Limburg Heuvelland is our single-storey cottage. The house is located on the outskirts of a small-scale, green and quiet holiday park and has a very spacious garden with lots of privacy. Within walking distance is the cozy village of Simpelveld. We have furnished the vacation home with love and equipped it with every comfort. The decor is warm and cozy, and you will certainly feel at home. You can park your car for free directly in front of the cottage and enjoy your vacation.

The fully renovated garden is fenced and 100% enclosed. A modern residence has been created that meets all current requirements. The vacation home also meets 100% of the sustainability criteria. The house is therefore fully insulated and air-conditioned.

My place is close to Aachen, Vaals and Maastricht with very nice wide views. You'll love my place because of its magnificent views, the location, and the wonderful natural setting. Hiking, cycling, horseback riding and playing golf can be found nearby. From the whole house they have a magnificent view of our pond and the surrounding meadows and pastures. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with kids.

Modern, cozy farmhouse, partly located on the grounds of our dairy farm. The front with entrance, parking and terrace has unique panoramic views over the beautiful hills and the Belgian Voer region. (for private use, not shared with other guests!) The house is part of our farm, where we operate a dairy farm with 2 vacation homes and a small farm campsite in the summer months.
