The room has box spring beds, linen wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with a lamp, a seat with two armchairs and table. In the kitchen you can prepare your hot meal. The bathroom has shower cabin with rain shower, bathtub, sink with mirror cabinet and sockets and there is a toilet. Renting the entire 1st floor, with a total of 6 beds (and/or camping bed) is also possible . Broodhuis Kerkrade is 300 meters from the Germany boarder Downtown Aachen is 10 km away.

The location is most suitable for the seeker of peace, as well as those who want to have the cozy center within reach. Perfect for group accommodation (max. 6 persons). The B & B has spacious rooms with an ensuite bathroom each. There is also a cosy shared lounge, fitness and a small kitchen equipped with all the basic amenities.

The B & B has its own entrance. In our tastefully decorated rooms are equipped with box spring, walk-in shower, air conditioning and a seat with a view of the hills. We have three double rooms, each with its own walk-in shower and a cozy common kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy breakfast. If desired, we can also offer breakfast at 2 restaurants near our B&B. Breakfast is therefore not part of our room price but is optional to book.

The guesthouse has its own entrance, where there are two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom just like in a hotel. Cyclists, cyclists and hikers can enjoy beautiful routes starting from our location. The rooms are on the ground floor. - There is a shared kitchenette for free use. -On 100 m there are 2 restaurants to get food.

Beautiful rural monumental B&B in the Limburg landscape. Place for 3 guests. Extra bed upon request! 1st floor fully available. Private bedroom of 30m2, private bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasin and toilet. Also a private roof terrace of 25m2 with lounge set plus parasol and dining table. It was deliberately chosen not to place a television in the rooms. In the garden there is a swimming pool that can be used.

Vlakbij station en centrum ligt onze B&B "Batta4" in het trendy Wyck.. Alles is te voet te bereiken vanuit onze mooie laan met bomen en herenhuizen. Het sfeervol herenhuis is van 1902 en heeft ruime kamers met eigen badkamer en eigen toilet en ook een eigen ruimte om te ontbijten, waar ook een magnetron, waterkoker, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat is. Voor mooi weer heeft u uw eigen stadstuintje.

The B&B is located next to the house, with a spacious parking space and consists of a private entrance, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink furniture. The large guest room includes a double bed, TV, small kitchenette and dining area. In the extra bedroom there are two single beds. From the guest room there is a private entrance to the private garden with a private seating area.
