My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

The apartment is still as impeccable, comfortable, and faithful to the photos. The view of the pool remains a real pleasure, especially for relaxing after sightseeing. The location is ideal, and the tranquility of the place allows you to truly recharge your batteries. My hosts are still as attentive and helpful as ever, with the same kindness that impressed me so much during my first stay. Their warm welcome really makes the difference! The fact that I'm coming back speaks for itself—it's become my go-to place in the region. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for a third stay! Marwan is a great host, he will do his best to help you if you need anything during your stay. The place is very pleasant, especially for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea, admire the sunrise and walk on the white sand of long beaches.

Wow had a 12 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described and the host very responsive and helpful. Bed were so comfy the tvs worked. I loved the 2 bathrooms with a great working hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough thank you for having us 😁
