Le Fenil Gite

We are a small independently run campsite nestled in the heart of the hamlet of Montmérac situated amidst vineyards, walnut groves, cornfields and sunflower fields. The village of Baignes is just 5km south or the market town of Barbezieux is just 8km away. We are about 10km from the national route N10 which is half an hour from Angouleme. Cognac Golf course is around 36km away and Hirondelle Golf Course is 42 km. The nearest airport is Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport, 90 km from the accommodation.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Cottage 2 La vigne est belle for 1 to 4 people

This small 30 m2 cottage will be perfect for your weekends, vacations or business trips. Entirely made by us in an old wine building, Charlotte wanted to decorate it on the theme of the Sunflower, emblematic flower of the Charentes and Tintin, famous comic strip, since we are located 30 minutes from Angoulême, capital of the comic strip. Quiet cottage, among the vineyards, 10 minutes from the N10. A relaxation area with jacuzzi is available as an option (book 24 hours before)

Ideally located to discover the major tourist destinations of the Charentes: Cognac, Jonzac, Angoulême, Bordeaux, Royan, and more locally among the many walks: the blue ponds of Touvérac as well as the greenway ideal for cycling. N10 4 km away Car charging prohibited parties are prohibited. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside.

Maison rénovée de 48 m2 totalement indépendante. Agréable à vivre, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. ne vous embarrassez pas... linges de lit et serviettes tout est prevue. La mezzanine est mensardee. Elle comporte de belles poutres. Nous avons mis un detecteur mais il faudra faire attention a votre tete. Discover within the family home, this atypical and charming studio, furnished with a subtle blend of old and modern with its mezzanine and exposed beams. This 3*** studio is located just 8 km from Jonzac, you will find all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, Les Antilles water park, Casino and the "Chaîne thermale du Soleil". You are also ideally located for visiting the area (La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Royan, Cognac, Angoulême).

House in quiet hamlet

Detached house in a small hamlet of a few houses, very quiet and ideally located between Barbezieux (13 km), Jonzac (16 km), Pons (24 km), Cognac (22 km), Angouleme (46 km), Saintes (44 km). The accommodation has been recently renovated, the interior of the house is nice but the facade is in preparation for the layout. We live in the same hamlet, and are available for assistance if needed in case of emergency.

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable interior design, suitable for both short stays and long stays. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games (2 on site), enjoy a person you love, walk in nature (park, forest, vineyard) or on the water (boat), make a barbecue...

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
