The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Can’t really explain the beauty of this home because you need to experience it yourself. Breath taking views, fresh air, a SUNRISE and SUNSET area. Honestly still at an awe with the all the (many) views of this home. Turn your cellphones off after you make your obligatory post and RELAX! All rooms had personal bathroom and AC. I woke up early morning and it felt better sleeping on the porch waiting for the sunrise lol. My wife likes to sleep with the AC on freeze. The host and the caretaker gave us a warm welcome and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home on your vacation in the Philippines!

I especially appreciated comfortable bed, kitchen amenities, the unit was beautifully decorated, the wifi was fast and reliable, and what I love about her unit it has hot shower. It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹. It legit felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again! 🌟
