The condo was conveniently located across from Festive Walk Mall and also provided easy access to the airport. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and good to deal with. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Very responsive, and always helpful with any concerns we addressed . It felt like a home away from home as it provided all the basic amenities and more. I just wish they had some kind of a small washing machine for small item to do laundry. We did have a couple of concerns which was resolved with prompt responses. I highly recommend this condo with its panoramic beautiful views and the experience of a relaxing atmosphere . Thanks, we hope to revisit Joanne Marie’s place sometime soon.

JUST WOW!!! If i ever find myself again in IloIlo, I will surely book Rosh’s unit. Clean, worth every penny, strategic location, safe, and everything we needed was readily available. After a long day of wandering around the Panay Island, this unit felt like a comfort for us. AC is cold, hot & cold shower, smart tv, fresh linens, soft and comfy bed!! Not to mention the kitchen utensils and equipment that you can use. Rosh was also kind enough to let us drop off our bags as early as 7am!!! Thank you so much Rosh. This is the place to be!!! 10/5 rating ⭐️🤯

One of the best, if not the best, Airbnb properties I've stayed at in Iloilo City specifically amongst studio-type accommodations. Property is well-designed, complete with amenities including a washing machine, Dyson hair dryer if that matters, and a convenient smart home system. Location is great too as it's just across the Iloilo Esplanade linear park which is great for morning runs or a relaxing afternoon walk. The view of the Iloilo river is quite a relaxing diversion if you are working the whole day from the unit. Lastly, just super appreciate the hosts for their responsiveness and sincerity in making your stay as pleasant as possible, including extending the extra mile of accommodating a request of mine which is no longer their obligation to begin with. Can't recommend this property enough. Will stay here again if I'm back in Iloilo. One note, the water pressure of the building property (i.e., bathroom, kitchen sink) was quite weak as compared and could improve.

Loved the bed and the pantry snacks and other stuff for sale was a great convenience. Mini-bar style. My only regret was booking another place (somewhere downtown) during the start of my trip and this place during the last day of our Ilo-ilo trip. But regardless, it was a good way to end my short vacation. We had a flight at 4AM so it was so hard to get up at 2AM because the room was so cozy. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Great view of the pool too! Location wise, it's easy to get around since it's in between the Uptown and Downtown and Ilo-ilo itself has to be the most walkable city that I've been to. Would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you’re looking for a studio near Festive Mall this is a great place to be. Our host was absolutely terrific and was always quick to respond to any question. Check in and check out were smooth. The place looks like the pictures and is squeaky clean. I can highly recommend this place as being a comfortable spot to stay.

Our stay was amazing! The host was so warm and welcoming, like a long-lost auntie. The house is well-maintained, clean, and has everything we needed. We loved the fully functioning kitchen and the fact that the whole house was air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. A bonus was the host’s nearby restaurant, which serves delicious seafood and sugba dishes—perfect for enjoying fresh local flavors. The location is a major plus! It’s close to the beachside for morning walks or sunset views. Getting around was easy with tricycles or Grab, and Mohon, one of Iloilo’s major bus terminals, is nearby, making city exploration convenient. With great hospitality, a cozy home, and easy access to good food and transport, this place truly felt like a home away from home. We’d love to stay here again!

I had a great stay at this airbnb! Julius and his family were very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered promptly and they even offered a ride from the airport to their place and as well as from their place going to the airport on my last day. The whole place was very clean and had everything I needed. I was very near my friend's place which was super convenient. I recommend Julius' place for anyone who wants to discover Iloilo.
