We had a great stay at Iryna’s apartment in Gudauri. The place was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location for easy access to the slopes. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Iryna was quick and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the view from the balcony was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gudauri.

Nino was very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was very comfortable, quite and great location. 3 minutes walk to main Gondola. Highly recommended. Will come back again.

Nice little apartment, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a few days. Everything works well. It is clear that Giorgi has spent time trying to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. It’s the small things that matter and that he took care of: good storage space, plenty of hooks in the bathroom, chairs on the balcony to admire the excellent mountain view. My only recommendation would be to replace the curtains in the living room with black-out ones, for even more comfort during the night

Останавливался один в этих апартаментах в марте 2025, все понравилось. Было достаточно тихо. В этом же здании есть отличный ресторан и прокат, что очень удобно.

Отличное жилье , рекомендую далеко от подьемника но вид очень классный и тишина , хорошая хозяйка всегда на связи , нужно обратить внимание на уборку , она поверхностная А так всем рекомендую 🤍

Our family had a fantastic stay at Koka’s apartment in Gudauri, and it’s already our top pick for future visits! The views of the snowy mountains were absolutely stunning—every glance out the window felt magical and so refreshing for us and our 2-year-old daughter. The apartment was cozy, clean, and perfect for our winter getaway. We loved how walkable everything was—restaurants, bars, and supermarkets were just steps away, making it super convenient to grab a meal or supplies. The variety of dining spots added such a fun vibe to our evenings! Koka was an amazing host, responding quickly to our messages and ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. This lovely place truly made our trip special, and we highly recommend it to anyone heading to Gudauri. It’s a gem that brings you close to nature and local life. We’ll definitely prioritize booking here again next time we’re in town. Thank you, Koka, for an unforgettable experience!

Svetlana's apartment is Very cozy with all the required amenities! There was even free hand soap, dish shop, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and more! Also, Svetlana was attentive and helped with whatever was needed and she was also fair and let me do a late checkout although she could have just taken the money for an extra night (it was already paid for). Thank you, I recommend.

Все было отлично, до подъемников идти минуты 3. Понравилось, что Теа предоставляла шампунь/гель и мыло для рук в полноразмерных емкостях. Второе спальное место очень удобное в разложенном состоянии. На кухне было все, что нужно. Вода из-под крана вкусная, можно не покупать в магазине. Так же в номере свой вай фай, смотрели фильмы в хорошем качестве. Рядом в минуте ходьбы есть ресторан Мgzvarebi, очень вкусно, быстро и цены по сравнению с остальным Гудаури низкие, ужинали там все наше пребывание.

Квартира виглядала дуже добре, все виглядало добре, єдиний мінус це дуже поганий інтернет, а так все було добре 🤗

It’s a very cozy apartment in one of the best locations in Gudauri. The place is very quiet and the views are just incredible. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the balcony. Really enjoyed spending my evenings with a cup of tea there. German is a great host. He answered to all my questions, gave me some advices and travel tips, and was here to help me with every issue that I had. If you want to create the memories that last, I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment

The apartment is exactly as listed in the description and the photos. We were a family with 1 child and we found the space to be sufficient and the convertible sofa-bed very easy to unfold. Kitchen has all necessary ustensils for some basic cooking. Bathroom is very-well designed and clean for a great shower after a day skiing. The apartment has a nice little balcony with a view on a building under construction (no construction was underway when we were there in march 2025) and a partial view on the main gondola (Goodaura). Very handy ski depot on the ground floor with direct access to the slopes (5min walk). Even though the apartment is very central and within a 5min walking distance to the slopes and restaurants/bars it somehow is on a side street which makes it very quiet. Host was very responsive and helped arrange transfer to Gudauri with a reliable driver. All in all great value for money, 100% recommended.

Loft1 place, location is very good, 100-150 meters to the gondola. There is a small market right below the apartment. The apartment is as in the photos. The host Giorgi is helpful, understanding and moderate. We had a nice holiday..Thank you.

First, the host is very responsive and friendly. They always respond to me promptly whenever I got any question during my stay. They provide transfer to and from airport too. The WiFi was not working for me however, they were responsive and giving me options and I got my wifi connected during my whole stay. Is convenient walk to ski lift 500m away, there is spar supermarket in the building which is great if you planning to do some light cook. I would recommend this accommodation if you planning to ski at Gudauri and away from crowd from new Gudauri.

Очень чистая, тёплая и красивая квартира, всё соответствует описанию! особенно приятно наличие банных халатов и тапочек🤗 До подъёмников можно дойти пешком (и вниз и вверх), минут 7

We had a great stay here for the week while we were skiing in Gudauri! Our hosts were very responsive helping us as any problems arose!

Vakho went out of his way to make our trip perfect. He arranged for a driver to and from the airport in an SUV that was able to handle the snowy roads (250 Lari each way or USD80 each way). He also arranged for ski and snowboarding instructors for us (that know English). The instructors also helped with the rental equipment. Atrium is just steps away from the ski lift / gondola - ie ski in and out. The place is exactly like the pictures. There is also a locker for your room downstairs to keep all your equipment. Its nice to sit outdoors at the restaurant downstairs to rest and enjoy the view of the resort. Two other great eateries with local cuisine are Friends and Vartsla.

Очень понравились апартаменты, нет вай фай- об этом написано в описании, но есть общий со слабой скоростью . Расположение прекрасное , есть маленький магазин в соседнем здании , много ресторанов , спар в 5 минутах ходьбы. В здании есть спа , за отдельную плату , но очень удобно особенно с детьми. Достаточно парковки возле здания. До подъёмника пару минут- очень большой плюс . Нам очень понравилось. Важный момент , что на карте не правильно отображается локация. Но легко найти- нужно просто заехать в Новый Гудаури.

We had a wonderful time it was very accessible and Elene communicated extremely efficiently with us! The whole place is modern and an enjoyable experience. We will surely be returning.
