Holiday rentals with a pool in Guaynabo

This is was a great value. The apartment is in a great location for getting to beach and walking distance of restaurants and shops. Although it may not look like the greatest neighborhood we were comfortable and the neighbors very pleasant.The terrace was a nice bonus.

Edgar and his team are the besttttttt ! No matter what it was they were there working to get anything I needed in 5 mins and corrected it or brought it to me . He is very attentive and didn’t miss a beat . I left my phone he is shipping it to me like the sweetest people ever and he hooked me up for my birthday I will Forever book again because I got my moneys worth and really got the enjoy myself without walking on eggshells

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

We liked the place. Communication with the host was very good, and we always received prompt responses. The view is beautiful. Access to the place is a bit tricky, especially at night.

This place was perfect for my family of 5. I travel with my younger kids and my biggest thing is, the place has to be clean. When I tell you everything was clean was a big plus. The picture are exactly as you see. There are 3 bedroom each has ac and it kept the house cool. There was enough towels for your stay, the kitchen was cleaned even tho I didn’t cook. The living room has a fan that has a speaker and changing lights and my toddlers loved it. If you’re going to the beach she has beach chairs and a cooler if needed. The backyard was amazing you can hang out there all night also because there are lights and the pool has lights. The view from the backyard you can see the mountains, and it makes me miss living in Puerto Rico. Winnie was amazing and responded to me within minutes. There is a drive way but it’s really hard to park there so you can just park in front of the house there always parking. This house made you feel like home, I would stay here again with my family!!

Eduardo was an amazing host, everything about the house was amazing. It actually exceeded my expectation. As a Puerto Rican I felt like I was staying at my family’s house. It was clean. It was organized. It was perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here again. The Neighbourhood gives you a perfect Puerto Rican experience. You have roosters that wake you up in the morning. Friendly neighbors and all around great vibes.

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the 24 hour security which helped me feel safe goi g in and out of the building. I love the key fob which was so easy to use going in and out of the busking. Took advantage of some pool time and the washer and dryer as well.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.
