Mary’s place was great! Super clean, comfy, and in a really convenient spot. She was easy to communicate with and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again!

Califique con 5 estrellas para no perjudicar a Nolan pues entiendo que vive de esto. sin embargo mi verdadera caliificacion seria un 3,5 a 4, ya que el internet nunca funciono durante toda la estadia, lo reporte al menos 4 veces y aunque Nolan respondia de inmediato a mi queja esta no se resolvia y la verdad es que el problema era que el servicio contratado, este es muy basico, la velocidad de subida promedio era de 3Mbs y de Bajada 4Mbs y era inestable, no servia para navegar por internet, bajar correos y mucho menos hacer streaming. Use mi celular durante toda mi estadia. Creo que Nolan sabe del problema pero no lo soluciona. Ademas las camas no tienen colchones sino colchonetas (Terrible), uno de los cuartos la mitad de la ventana tiene persianas y la otra mitad no tiene nada por lo que a las 6 am ya entraba el sol y no podia dormir mas. encontre una cucaracha muerta en el baño y por ultimo el de agua calienta era deficiente

Julio was very responsive and helped immediately with anything we needed. The place looks just like the pictures. And of course it’s not a luxury BnB, but It’s great for its price and was about 10 minutes from everywhere I needed to go so Ubers were really cheap. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The place is exactly as described. A small studio apartment in a residential area. It is in a great location with easy access to major highways. Perfect for couples. The apt is safe, very clean and fully equipped. We will consider staying again for short visits.

We had a great stay at Paola’s. The space is perfect for two and is quiet. The pool area is a great addition. It’s fairly close to everything we wanted to do, but you must Uber/Lyft or drive.

Perfect place with AC, everything you need, clean and near the beach. Quite peaceful neighborhood.

Overall the stay was good and nice. There were 3 of us so it was perfect. The only thing when we put the address to the house it took us the wrong one. We had trouble opening the lockbox too. The house itself was nice and clean. The AC was refreshing and the WiFi was fast as well. When I do come back to PR I would pick this hotel all over again. Raciel is good host.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's. The air bnb is located in a very safe and gated neighborhood with a playground adjacent to the home which kept the kiddos busy. During our stay Puerto Rico experienced a blackout leaving 1.3 million people without power. Fortunately, the home is equipped with a powerful generator that kept us comfortably lit for the duration of time. I am so grateful we didn't have to go without, and I recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay within close proximity to local eateries and attractions. Maria is a great host, always available and friendly, I will definitely return in the future.

Mario was such a great host and he responded to our questions promptly. He is very accommodating. House was kept clean and organized.

Thanks Yamile for being very responsive. This apartment is a quiet place to rest and also surrounded by supermarkets, El Tablado in Guaynabo, restaurants, food trucks, and more…. Also the place is very secure and has a good location to go everywhere. If I need again a place to stay I will definitely rent this place.

Un lugar tranquilo, limpio, fácil de entrar y cerca de centros comerciales. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, responsables y respetuosos. Super recomendable.

It was an excellent experience with Katheryn, Daurys and their Place. The photos were the same as the place I was looking for, but above all I want to thank them for their support and collaboration extending my stay in the face of a personal emergency.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

The host was by far one of the best host I had using air bnb, the host was very actively responsive, very accommodating and had great hospitality. The place was affordable, clean and in a convenient location. Neighbors were friendly. I love how one of the neighbors a few houses down had fresh coconuts that had delicious water inside 😋. I give the host a 5 ⭐. I will be back !

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

The airbnb was wonderful. Assad was very pleasant and gave us great recommendations for food. The Airbnb felt like home very quiet and clean. The hot tub was our favorite part. The bed was nice and comfortable would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.
