Tim’s place was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. The view of the bay was absolutely stunning, and we loved having direct access to the water — it was ideal for paddle boarding and even a bit of fishing. The space had a laid-back, welcoming vibe that made it easy to unwind. Tim was an great host — friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

We’ve stayed in Playa Blanca previously and the choice to stay again was easy. Martin was a great host and facilitated the the arrival process. We searched for pet friendly locations in San Carlos and this by far is the most accessible and welcoming to pets with some very well kept grass areas and beach access. Other pet owners also had their pets leashed which makes for safe and enjoyable experience. It was just me wife and the 2 kids and our pet dogs. The room was very clean and living area was spacious. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is as it appears on Airbnb. Communication with Elizabeth and Luis Mario 100%. If we return, we will not hesitate to repeat the experience. Thank you very much for everything

This home was absolutely beautiful with superb views, close access to beaches, restaurants, and clubs. The neighborhood felt safe and was secure. The only thing I would note is that there is a lot of glass in the home/things that can easily break, no true bbq or grill, and no real guidelines on how to handle trash until checkout, which we had to drive up to the community entrance ourselves. But all that being said and knowing the expectations I will still stay here again in a heartbeat. Sergio and his team were extremely responsive!

5/5 – Would Definitely Return We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The view alone is worth it—it’s absolutely stunning and made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. The location is super convenient too; everything from the beach to restaurants and shops is just a short walk or drive away. The property itself is cozy but really well thought out. Even with multiple beds in the space, it didn’t feel cramped at all. It’s perfect for families or a small group of friends. Plus, having two bathrooms was a huge bonus. The rooftop area was probably our favorite spot—great vibes, great view, and a great place to unwind. The property manager was also extremely helpful and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they really care about their guests. If I had to mention any downside, it would be that there’s no pool and the cancellation policy is a bit strict (only a 50% refund), so just make sure your plans are solid before booking. I have been coming to Condos Pilar since 2006. I have to say that Scott’s place is absolutely one of the nicest condos available there. Talk about bang for your buck! You can’t get better than the wonderful ocean view the half mile walk to the estuary, the peace and quiet ! Scott was a great host too many thanks to him. The unit directly overlooks the beach and pools and the condos are situated directly on a very clean and safe beach. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance from the condos. The photos look exactly like reality. The faciltiy is very clean and well maintained, with 24 hour security and gated/private parking. You can drive to other nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. The only downside was that the condo was not stocked as an Airbnb usually is with extra towels, enough shampoo/conditioner/soap for your stay, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. The facility has a small convenience store that sells many things, but it did not have those items. This did not impact the quality of our trip greatly, but I would have packed differently if I had known the condo was not stocked.

Excellent stay, we would definitely return, Maria was attentive and there was always very good communication, the place was clean and we didn't need anything. Recommended for anyone looking to have a good stay in San Carlos.

Marvida Penthouse was amazing. The directions finding it were a bit confusing. For anyone reading this the entrance to the door that leads to the front door is to the left of the sushi restaurant! We circled for at least 20min trying to find it. The apartment and the view of the marina are gorgeous, we especially loved that the adjoining apartment which allowed for both of our groups to have their own space. Ramon was very responsive and nice. Will definitely be back for next year’s Eterno Music Festival!

We had an awesome stay—my family absolutely loved it! The place was clean, comfortable & easy check-in, and had everything we needed. The host was truly the best: super responsive and helpful throughout our visit the onsite store was closed the majority of the time, but would definetly stay again

My stay was very pleasant as the place had all the necessary amenities, such as washing machine and dryer, which was very practical. The apartment had two rooms: one spacious and comfortable, and another more compact, ideal for sleeping. The view from the place was great, really a highlight. Also, despite being a busy date, the elevators never became saturated, which made the experience even more pleasurable.
