Holiday rentals with a patio in Guayabo

Our stay at Yajaira’s was the perfect family getaway. The small house was stocked with beach activities, foldable chairs, a cooler, pool towels, board games, and working out equipment. I took my nieces to enjoy their first family vacation after the year anniversary of the passing of their mother. It was a beautiful family experience to just kick back and enjoy the beauty of the west side of PR. Yajaira’s house was essential for our family’s needs and will forever be a trip my nieces remember. The food truck that is located near the property is a great breakfast or lunch spot. The local Panadería is a great corner store for essentials. If you’re planning on visiting crashboat beach, this is the perfect safe & quiet spot. The pool was also very clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. Once again it was a pleasure to stay at the bamboo view 2 apartment. Arlene and Israel you two are amazing hosts and I enjoy your conversations. I love this place for it's perfect location between Aguada and Rincón since I have relatives in both pueblos. Thank you so much and looking forward to seeing you two this summer.

My stay was amazing! Space was cozy, very clean and beautiful views outside. Location is close to everything I needed to visit. My only negative is the water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low. Made it very hard to shower. Not sure if its normally that low or if it was just my luck. Thankfully the owners responded quick to try to help solve the problem, but I was there for a short time and gone most of the day to try to resolve. Nonetheless, I would definitely come back and stay here!

We enjoyed our stay here. We chose the location because it's close to my son who we were visiting. It's located across from the ocean and beach which depending on conditions, some days you can swim or catch a sunset there. A bakery (sell baked goods, coffee, sandwhiches, snacks etc.) and a couple of chincurros (bars) are within easy walking distance. If you're able to walk farther/longer, there's more to access. We interacted with Logan, who was very responsive and helpful. When the AC went down in one of the bedrooms, he offered us to use one of the other vacant units on the property and the contractors were scheduled immediately to fix the issue. The property has a couple of grills, multiple outside places to relax or eat. And you'll even find some snorkeling supplies, towels and a beach umbrella and chairs to use. We would definitely come back!

Nos encantó quedarnos aquí. Cerca de avenidas principales pero también muy privado. El apartamento estaba muy bonito, espacioso y con todo lo necesario para cocinar desayunos, almuerzos y cenas. Sin duda, siempre que regresemos al west de PR, buscaremos quedarnos aquí. ♥️

Out all the houses I stayed in PR for this trip, this house was my favorite due to how much I felt back at home (DR). Extremely spacious, parking right in front of the house, they have everything you may need for the beach (towels, bags, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, etc), welcome neighbors. There is plenty to do nearby like Crash Boat beach, Survival Beach (for a hike), La Planta river (there are two beautiful waterfalls), eat at Islote Beach Restaurant and at El Platano Loco, go watch a movie at the auto Cine Santana. We also went to the Mayami disco in Mayagüez. Take advantage of all the great towns near by like Mayagüez, Arecibo, Aguadilla, Isabella and Rincon. Overall, highlight recommend the property and location!!!

Excelent as always had a great time super clean and in a great location for everything that you need. Eric is very nice and helps you with anything for your stay.

Hermoso lugar con acceso a la playa. El vecindario súper tranquilo. Desde el gazebo, acostado en la hamaca, puedes ver el atardecer y las aves pasar. Ah y la mejor terapia es caminar descalzo por la grama…relajación total.

The house was in a great location, clean, and with all the amenities listed. It was within reasonable distance of a few of the spots we wanted to visit. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful mostly quiet place to stay.

Very attentive, very thoughtful the hosts make you feel so good that you can't wait to come back. Very clean and very nice place close to everything. If I get the chance I'll come back again. The hosts answer quickly in the end I have no complaints about anything. I recommend it

We needed a place to stay in Rincon during my mom's wake and funeral. We rented this home with my family. Paul was very compassionate and empathetic. He understood the circumstances and very graciously welcomed us and even left us some snacks which really saved our day after a long day of travel and preparations. He responded quickly to all our messages and was very patient. After some rain the pool got dirty from the trees. My kids wanted to swim in the pool and Paul stopped by right away to quickly clean the pool and the kids swam in no time. If you're thinking about staying here then I highly recommend it. It's a nice updated home in a quiet quaint area at a fair price. Very quiet & peaceful place! Thank You Paul for being such a gracious & caring host! We would definitely come back where we can enjoy it in better circumstances!

Perfect place to be relax and enjoy the views. Owners are very responsive, respectful, (make us feel like family) and make sure that everything was as we planned. Place is well prepared for any situation (has a generator, very important in PR). Perfect location to enjoy Aguada or Rincon. Hopefully I can comeback soon to visit more places in Aguada

Lovely place. Nice and secluded, the kitchen was well appointed with things like a blender, good knife set, nice grill a good WiFi speaker and all the important things. Home and pool were well maintained and spotless. It was everything we were hoping for. 10/10 recommend, we will be back.

The house is beautiful. Stefan was a great host. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back again. Surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The house is everything you need for relaxing and enjoy a great vacation. Loved our stay.

Beautiful view, very relaxing to listen to the sound of the waves from the balcony, watch the sunset, and contemplate the moon. The beach is just steps away and super quiet. The apartment is super comfortable and clean, you feel right at home!

I don’t tend to book twice but this place it’s the spot to do so.

This is a beautiful property that is very well organized. It’s a relatively small place, but it’s laid out well and seems bigger. There is plenty of storage for those planning to stay longer. The washer and dryer are also very convenient for anyone staying more than a week. The building and area are quiet. There is a small, clean beach a few blocks away and I walked the nearby track most mornings. Charlene was wonderfully responsive and proactive when an event beyond our control occurred. I’m grateful for her thoughtful kindness.

We had a great time at Table Rock Penthouse.....From waking up every morning with a beautiful view from every corner to spending great time with the family in every room. Its very well equiped, from cooler, umbrella, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment to board games, cards and puzzles. We loved it!!! Host was very attentive and responsive. There is a lot to do around, variety of restaurants and activities. Will definitely come back. Thanks!! 🤗

Agradecido pase un fin de semana de Madres de maravillas con mi suegra y mi esposa. Lo recomiendo 100% la playa y la piscina super bien. Los anfitriones bien pendientes con unas instrucciones bien claras. Perfecto para despejarse
