Home in the oak forest - Max. six people

Patrizia EllaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had two wonderful nights in this beautiful accommodation. The garden is incredible! Our dog was allowed to run around freely everywhere. Stefania and her husband were incredibly nice. We even got food. There was also breakfast, with very delicious homemade jam. There was a baby bed for our child. In general, everything you need is there that you need. Stefania and her husband have created a little paradise. We were very happy to be a guest at your place.

House in a beautiful location with infinity pool

JenniferRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

Relax and rest

JonasRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a really wonderful time here. Above all, we enjoyed the peace and privacy, had breakfast in the garden, lay by the pool and cooked in the top equipped kitchen or grilled outside in the evening. There is a totally sweet supermarket + butcher in a small village 5 minutes away by car, several restaurants within 15-30 minutes and various hiking routes. If you want to switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place for you. :)

Casa Braeside: A private villa in the countryside

BrittaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We cannot say enough good things about Tracey and her beautiful Casa Braeside. The house is cozy and just gorgeous, and it was plenty spacious for us (family of 5) and had everything we needed and then some. It stayed cool in the summer heat thanks to thick walls and solid window shutters (plus A/C in case we needed it). The kids loved the pool, and we were all mesmerized by the fireflies at night. I appreciated the multiple places to sit outside. There are always at least one or two outdoor seating areas in the shade at any given time of day. And there’s a hammock! We loved the tranquility: the only things that made noise were the birds singing in the morning, a few summer thunderstorms, and our own kids, ha. The view of the town above is something straight from a postcard. The recommendations for restaurants were detailed and much appreciated. We loved exploring the unspoiled and hardly touristed surroundings. And the property manager is excellent & answered all our questions. 100%!

Marble Palace – near Civita di Bagnoregio

KatiRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Our recent stay at Palazetto di Marmo was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views that surrounded the villa and the charming little village. Traveling with a group of six, we found the villa to be beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and luxury. The sophisticated and masterful interior design truly set Palazzetto di Marmo apart. Each room was designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The outdoor terrace and the adjoining pool area provided perfect spots for relaxation. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. Grazie mille!

Country Chalet and mini spa

MelodyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Elisabetta was an amazing host and made us feel right at home, the outside of the cottage is really something else, with the chickens, and the dog Roy it was so lovely. The transport can be tricky but elisabetta helped us so much and offered to drive us into the town if we needed. The firefly’s at night truly made the stay magical while in the hot tub, i honestly loved staying with such a lovely family, they kept us to our privacy but also gave us a warm welcome and we’re very helpful I am so glad we came to stay!

Sant'Anselmo

This Airbnb is amazing. We had a wonderful stay. The scenery is beautiful, it is quite and calming. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax. The place was spotless and very comfortable. A bit of a challenge up the driveway but don't let that put you off, the reward is worth it. Jannis is a great host, easy to communicate with as well.

Beautiful villa in Umbria

EmmaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The setting of Therese's house is really beautiful and has the most incredible view: we could have spent the entire trip just watching it change with the light! The house was great to be in too - the main room has a large window onto the view with its oak tree in the foreground, we also enjoyed the fireplace. When it was a little cool for eating outside, we enjoyed the characterful kitchen which has preserved the attractive, old kitchen range at one end. We were met at the house by Augusto and his son who were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed trying out our Italian with Augusto and his son spoke good English. We were a group of six and used the three, comfortable upstairs bedrooms (there is also an annexe with a double bed) one of which had a balcony with more views. We enjoyed visiting local villages, Todi and, about an hour away, Orvieto. Thank you, Therese, for a lovely trip.
