Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Guilherme is extremely attentive, super comfortable apartment, organized, faithful to the photos and everything is very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Joinville.

Large apto, finely decorated and cozy. All thought with great care for every detail. Scented and soft bed linens, towels and bathrobes. Recommend.

Luiz was always very kind and helpful, the apartment is well located and similar to the photos, except for the lack of the photo refrigerator. For short stays for a short time is perfect, but larger stays in the fridge and a more equipped kitchen may be missed. Otherwise perfect, ample space, with daylight, views of the mountain, and everything I need nearby (bakery, market, restaurants, gym...).

The place is about 15 minutes from the center of Joinville, but it is easily accessible by car. The place is a house that has been divided into several spaces. It was clean and well maintained, the stay was peaceful.

We really like the place! Beautiful and quiet, supermarkets nearby, convenience stores on the front. Ap very good and well equipped. The owner always responded super well and always cordial.

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

Undoubtedly one of the most attentive hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Compact apartment, but complete with everything and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic tower exit device, which required contact with the concierge for clearance - something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the place.
