We had a wonderful stay in Guaramiranga. The house is very well-equipped, clean and super cozy. The view is beautiful, perfect for those seeking tranquility. The host was very attentive throughout the stay, always available to help. I highly recommend it!

We liked it a lot! The hostess was very helpful, she answered all our questions. Well-equipped house, all necessary kitchen and cleaning items were available, everything clean and tidy. The location is great, secluded, quiet, with incredible views from the balcony and windows. There's a grocery store a few meters away. Excellent experience.

The house was as advertised. All in place, comfortable beds, complete utensils. The house is very beautiful and comfortable. Indico for everyone. It was pleasant days with friends.

second time I stay at Alfredo's, everything is good, everything you need is there, quiet place, a housekeeper who comes from time to time, very nice and Alfredo is very flexible, I will definitely come back more often, next time with my parents, I highly recommend it.

Great location. It is literally a 1-minute drive from downtown Guaramiranga. The condominium is excellent and is next to the Boulevard, where there are great places to eat and drink. The apartment is very good and has an excellent balcony.

It was a very good and rewarding experience, they were always helpful and the place is approximately 4 minutes from downtown Guaramiranga by car. It takes around 15 minutes on foot. The distance to the waterfalls takes an average of 25 minutes and the peak is about 30 minutes. It was wonderful and we had a very cozy weekend.

The stay was great, everything was perfect, the house is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect and the host always responded on time, very attentive.

Gregory is an amazing host. Replies quickly, helps and thinks with you. We went there for 2 nights, unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t had hot water the first day. Gregory resolved it the second day. Unfortunately the second day the bubbles weren’t working, but that couldn’t be helped. We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. The next time we will return, but only if the jacuzzi works. 😆

The place is super cozy and the price is very good, especially for 2 people. the location is easy to reach and find coming by bus, and our hostess was super proactive and available when we needed it. it is close to the center of guaramiranga

Daniel is VERY ATTENTIVE. The apartment is wonderful and very cozy. I really want to go back there. Note: Space conservation rules are very clear (there is a card with rules for using the AP), so avoid exaggeration, clutter and try to keep the space clean and organized.

The apartment is very nice, with a super charming balcony and well-equipped kitchen. A very large suite, plus a bedroom and a bathroom. TV in the suite and TV in the living room, both with many channels available. Garage, which in the center of Guaramiranga is a luxury, we did all the schedules on foot, close to the restaurants of the square and some churches. For those who want the silence of the mountains, I do not recommend hearing birds all day, because as it is in the center and facing the main street you can hear the buzz of the city, in our case it was our option, we wanted this buzz. I will definitely return many times, Márcio, one of the hosts, is super available, always answered me immediately. I loved it!

I was in love with the apartment. Well-equipped and beautiful view! I loved the decor of the environment and it is next to a mini mall that has a restaurant, chocoberry and everything. I loved it!

Otimo local, very close to the city, amazing deck and pool note 10! I recommend it too, the only detail would be to request a cleaning of the vesper estate of the stay because when we arrived it had a bit of a morpho smell on the last floor and bats...plus I am 100% satisfied.

Great space, great host Wonderful kitchen, very equipped, did not miss absolutely anything!!! Clean rooms, hot water showers, flawless jacuzzi. Great location in the center and a very affordable price for the quantity of rooms!!! Absolutely nothing to complain about, 5 stars for sure!!! I plan to come back!!!

The condominium is quiet and the apartment very cozy. Next door there are dining options and the Vogel cafe, which values even more. The only thing that could get better is the diversity of cooking utensils, as we cook a lot, we miss more pots and pans, a cheese grater etc.

Very Nice Experience. Rosana's apartment is a warmth only. Everything clean, super-equipped kitchen, clean and smelling bed and bath linen. She even left us an Easter treat, which was very kind of you. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. The parking space in front of the condominium is great. Seu Olavo, which takes care of the condominium, very helpful, received us very well, always available to help. I'll come back other times.
