The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

With the tram (stop directly in front of the door) you need about 10 minutes to the center. Our guest apartments are newly renovated and furnished. Residential complex and all guest apartments are accessible. There are four elevators available. Special feature: All bathrooms have anti-slip flow.

A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals by local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace. Lovely vacation apartment in Gera

The apartment on the 3rd floor is beautiful! We (2 children + me) felt right at home, the beds are super comfortable, the children's room makes children's hearts beat faster, books and puzzles are also available, everything is clean and lovingly equipped, we lacked nothing. The key handover took place without any problems between our mothers, so that we could arrive flexibly. We were also allowed to stay in the apartment until 1 pm because our train left at 2 pm. So we didn't have to carry the luggage through the city. Olivia is very friendly and responds very quickly. The apartment is within walking distance to the market square downhill and a beautiful playground uphill. We will be happy to come back for the next family visit in Gera!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped – everything you need. Communication with the host was friendly, clear and super fast. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and straightforward. A big plus: directly across the street there is a large parking lot where there was always a free space. All around a great experience – absolutely recommended!
